Incompetent doctors who regularly misdiagnose, do not follow up, have no empathy, terrible bedside manner and who even provide misinformation or have no idea what they are talking about. Most are overseas doctors and rush you in and out sometimes even saying "I don't know what it is" or "it's just bad luck". Imagine hearing those words from your GP. Not good enough. Avoid this clinic at all costs. The doctors that operate here are just there for the pay check.

One of the best doctors I have known for over 12 years is Dr Best. Very professional, takes the trouble to explain in depth and very knowledgeable. Very lucky to have him as my GP.

I have mental health issues anxiety. Depression and PTSD and because I missed 2 appointments and the phone number they had was not up to date but they failed to update when I updated address few months back now the dr I was seeing refuses to see me and the staff was rude about whole thing.go the the supercilinic @1 furlong Rd they have nice ppl there

This clinic is a refreshing, friendly practice that provides informed and caring consultations. I’ve been a patient here for several years and can honestly say that my treatment here has always been professional and appropriate. Dr Best is great, he provides robust and honest care, doesn’t beat around the bush! Girls on reception do a great job too, dealing with members of the public is never easy, but they do so with friendliness and courtesy. Keep up the great work, I wouldn’t be a doctor for quids, I admire what you do.

If you hold private health insurance beware of these front desk thieves. The fee should have been what Medicare pays based on a 15min GP consultation but these people charge you on private health @ 2.25 times the standard by using a code specific service.
When you take the receipt to your private health for refund they only pay what the standard Medicare rates are.
Lady at front desk kept going back to the manager room to see how much they can rip us off. First says $75 for private health and then comes back from the back office and says $84.
It should be all on the cameras, if there are any.

Dr Anj is by far the worst Dr there is. She lies, almost breached confidentiality if I didn’t get so angry and spoke to management. I bet she bought her degree somewhere in India. Goose! She was never on time, no Dr in that clinic is on time, always late by at least 15-20 mins. Ridiculous. If we patients can be on time why can’t the so called Drs. Our time isn’t valuable or shouldn’t be respected? I would not recommend anyone coming here.

Dr Best is the worst doctor I have seen. Just had an appointment with him he refused to diagnose any of my problems and also refused to even look In the first place. Any sane person with two working eyes could see my condition. He basically said go home and get proof. Um I'm pretty sure that's your job mate that's why I'm here for a diagnosis. Fake doctor chasing money. Well done mate.

The ladies at the desk are always lovely and the nurses aswell.
I've also had a few great doctors here too. But my experience about 6 months ago was disappointing and disgusting.
I went in there in between being on a waiting list to see the rhumatologist I was in pain where I couldn't even walk and this had been going on for quite a while. I had told her I was struggling and I didn't know what to do as it was effective to my daily routines.
This female doctor told me that if I just imagined that I wasn't in pain "your brain will start to believe it and you won't be in pain any more " and then continued to tell.me about all the holistic work she does.
She never bothered to gain more insight.

I meditate everyday I eat well and I exercise as frequently as I can. I wasn't there to be told it was my mindset. I can only imagine all the elderly patients she has turned away. She continued to ask me if I still wanted some stronger panadol after her pep talk.

Used to see Dr. Chapman until she moved on, now I see Dr. Best. Wouldn't trust anyone else with my family's health.

I saw Dr Lyndon Best about a medical condition. He made a inappropriate joke about it. I felt this was embarrassing and not nice considering I went there to get help. I've had no issues with other doctors there. Clinic in general is fine just dont visit him.

I've been attending this clinic for years and have always had great experiences. I frequently use the pathology service for my vaccines and there's always a short wait and the staff are always lovely. The doctors I see are great and always help me whenever I need it.

I highly recommend Dr Raj. We've been with him for 5 years. We are never disappoint with the service he provides.

Looked down apon by the doctor for a condition he obviously didn't believe I have.
Won't be going back there ever.

UPDATE: The Clinic manager has contacted me and apologised for the poor experience and assured me that she will address it. Importantly, I believe her. I am so relieved she made that contact. I had previously had an appointment with a doctor there that I liked. So, I am happy to say that I will now be returning to the clinic and to the GP. Search over.

Over the years I have had fragments of tinsel and pieces of sand stuck in my eye. My local doctor always removed it. Today, I can't get a contact lens out. The doctor wouldn't even look at me, even though the optometric are shut.
Very unhelpful. No sympathy from the receptionists. Guess my search for a local GP continues.

Do not go here! Doctors are extremely rude and are no help at all, we got more advice from the internet than the doctor.

Dr Anj Mahadevan always has time to talk, very thorough and very professional. Would not see any other doctor.

Dr Anj Mahadevan shows lack of sympathy or empathy for her clients, and extremely lack of professionalism as a GP, or even a person in general. I have sent an email to the clinic in hopes she has a reality check, or even a holiday to refresh herself because the amount of emotional pain she has caused me and probably numerous others, is appalling. However the nurses and receptionist at the clinic has been very helpful- but do yourself a favour and avoid booking with Dr Anj.

Dr Anjana is one of the worst doctors I have ever seen. She has the worst attitude and not a single care to help with someones problems. Highly advise no one goes to see her as she is of no help. I have never had any issues with any other doctor before until now and I have been completely put off this clinic.

I am very vascular, have veins that you can see from a mile away.
The nurse tried to take blood and rambled the needle around in my arm like an egg beater because she couldn’t find the artery. She made me pass out, I’ll never go there again

Love the service, staff and all the doctors there. Been attending for years. Couldn’t complain at all, but then again I’m not the whinging type as opposed to some of the people who post on here.

Must say some of the feedback appears dodgy and if you read between the lines you can just guess what was going through the mind of the writers. The one about getting hit at Bunnings is a classic, sounds like they were after some $$$$ and the Doctor wasn’t playing ball. Some of the other feedback revolving around “not being able to see their regular doctor” and then whining about not getting what they want. Bet they didn’t go to their normal GP’s rating page and sound off because they didn’t get an appointment.

I’m not going to rave on and on as I’m happy with my doctor there, he’s the “best” and when I can’t see him all the other doctors are great too. Highly recommend.
