My family and I have been going to Cairnlea Superclinic for the longest time. We’ve had great experiences with doctors, receptionists and nurses. I highly recommend Dr Geetha as my usual doctor, Dr Anj and Dr Raj. I’m always so scared to see the nurses, but they always make me feel calm and comfortable. Let’s not forget the lovely Kay!

I needed urgent medical attention due to an allergic reaction and the team fitted me in right away. Great service from the admin through to the medical team.

If you're looking for quality healthcare service, look no further!

Made an appointment for my wrist. I thought I’d get some paperwork signed while I was there. My wrist appointment was about 3 mins. Doctor signed my paper work approximately 5 mins or less. I’m a pensioner so wasn’t charged doctors appointment. I was charged $120 to sign paperwork. My appointment wouldn’t have been more than 10mins. Appointments are approximately around 15 mins why couldn’t it just been put under the same appointment? Unfortunately it was my fault for not letting the reception know. I wish I knew it was $120.

Had a really negative experience here this morning. I’ve had a reoccurring sore throat for over a month that I just can’t get rid of, doctor dismissed my concerns and when I pushed further he said ‘I understand how you feel but I have been a doctor for 20 years so I know what I’m talking about’ they reluctantly gave me my 3rd script of antibiotics to treat the matter but advised that I really didn’t need them. Doctor was very condescending and the whole interaction left me feeling awful.

Im very disappointed with Dr MD Mamun l would never ever go back to this clinic because of him again. He made me feel so uncomfortable, disrespected, down talked to me, he was so rude he really made me upset and regret my visit yesterday. I have never ever in my life had a worse experience with a doctor then l did with him. I just needed one medication prescription because my Psychiatrist is away on holidays for two weeks. Instead l got a very unwelcoming aproach by Dr Mamun because he was so rude and he made me fill so disrespected und upset. By questioning me why lm on certain medication that l have been on for the last 5 or more years which was prescribed to my by my Psychiatrist. I would have appreciated if dr. Mamun have just told me he cant give me a prescription then made me so angry and upset by down talking to me like he did he made my visit very regretful.

I have been seeing Dr Best for 10 years - started seeing him initially in Caroline Springs and followed him to Cairnlea - and he is a wondeful GP. Always kind and considerate, always willing to spend the time to sort me out for both issues that pop up and chronic medical conditions that I have and always goes the extra mile. Receptionists always bright and friendly, even though they're often run off their feet with patients.

I was a patient of Dr Rahman and he left to open his own practice in Caroline Springs. He recommended Dr Mamun to me and I can say with confidence that Dr Mamun is a very good and knowledgeable GP. He is thorough in his diagnosis and follow up treatment. He us also very caring and has a kind nature and makes you feel welcome. I will not hesitate to recommend him to all new patients who are looking for a good GP. Also a great thank you to all the nurses and receptionist who do a wonderful job every time. Thank you.

Go to the expert they said, so we did. Dr Goldman is not only an amazing doctor but a caring person. Thank you

To be honest the staff at Cairnlea have always been wonderful to me. I was a patient of Dr Damien Greene for around 12 -14 years.
I have now heard today that Dr Greene came back to the clinic to hand in his resignation. Dr Greene had dedicated patients who were loyal. I think that it is sad that Dr Greene could not give his patients a moment to inform them of his resignation and to say goodbye.
I also understand that the other doctors could not provide service for all of Dr Greene's former patients due to the sheer number of people being left without a GP.
I wish Dr Greene nothing but the best. However, I feel that it is wrong to blame the clinic when they were not given prior warning of Dr Greene's departure.

I just want to thank the amazing reception staff namely Kaye who went out of her way to ensure my medical files could be transferred to another doctor. I am so appreciative of the care and consideration shown to me. I just wish that Dr Greene had shown the same dedication to health care.

0 stars. Very rude reception staff. Family member tried to walk in a get a medical certificate and was treated with a rude conversation and a fee of $80. As we have not visited the clinic lately, we were not aware of the fee. The reception staff had no care and empathy and spoke down on us. Obviously an inconvenience to them when we needed help. Not something you would expect at a doctors clinic. We decided to leave as we knew we were not welcome.
Would not recommend at all. This is not a super clinic.

The wait times to get an appointment are horrible.
They weren’t that bad previously but from last few months it’s just never ending wait time.
Have moved to other clinic.

Not a superclinic. They are just a regular GP clinic. Please stop calling yourself a superclinic when you are not - it's misleading.

I have been to this clinic on several occasions out of the fact that they are open on weekends.
Where do I begin, some of the drs there I don’t believe should be drs, I was literally told by 1 doctor that he isn’t god and doesn’t have all the answers…. On another occasion I had a swelling on my finger it came out of nowhere and was extremely painful and hot. I called the clinic the receptionist said there’s no appointments and no walks in as the clinic closes at 6 and it was 5.20 and I told her it’s abit urgent she goes what’s the emergency and I explained that my blood flow to my finger is effected and I asked to speak to the nurse which I then repeated what was wrong and she told me to go in. It was 5.30 I was already on the way the receptionist called me back saying the drs will not be able to see me.the lack of care or compassion that the doctors couldn’t not allow a further 5 min out of their time it disappointing and that’s why I will not go back.

Have been attending this clinic for over 10 years. Called to make an appointment with Dr Greene and was told that he was no longer at the clinic. Then I was told that the remaining drs were no longer taking new patients. All well and good but I have seen other drs there on numerous occasions. This just doesn't make any sense. Where is the support for your long term patients? Extremely disappointing. My best wishes to Dr Greene and hoping all is well.

After being a patient here for many years was disgusted to learn that after Dr Greene had retired any patient of his was no longer welcome at the clinic. So much for duty of care

Dr Lyndon has no business being in the medical field, especially as a local GP. Been seen by him 3 times. Our first experience was a shock as he talks to us in a very condescending way, talking down on us like we were stupid and mad us feel very uncomfortable.
The 2nd time he misdiagnosed me saying he was sure of it. Had me in tears and stressed out for weeks until I received my test results and seeking another opinion only to find out he was completely wrong.
The 3rd he was again rude and just had a bad attitude like he can’t be bothered to be there.
I just don’t under why management still keeps him on roster if he has such bad reviews. Just drags the whole place down.

After 10 plus years as a patient, I was informed as Dr Greene has resigned I can no longer be seen, despite frequently seeing Dr Best also.
No notice given, no correspondence, nothing. I was of the belief I was a patient of the clinic itself, not one of its drs.
I have been seeing Dr Best in particular for mental health care and this has caused me a lot of stress as I now need to find another Dr I'm comfortable with to do so.
Then to add to all this upon seeing another GP clinic this morning to get a script, they cannot give it to me as they don't have my records, had Cairnlea told me this when they told me that they could no longer accommodate me as a patient, I could have been proactive in getting my new GP the information needed. I'm now without the needed medication on a long weekend as apparently only your practice manager can look after this and she's off till Tuesday.

The most unprofessional organisation I've come across in your handling of this.

I had much respect for the staff at Cairnlea Super Clinic until yesterday when I was told yesterday Mon 30 May 2022 that I was no longer able to come to this clinic to seek any medical help due to the fact that my GP Dr. Greene was no longer working there or anywhere else. Dr Damian Greene was one best GP’s I have ever had the pleasure to ever take care of me he was my GP for over 10+years here at Cairnlea and wish him all the best for the future. My gripe is not with him it is with management at this clinic and their handling of Dr Greene’s patients and how we have been tossed out like we are nothing as I said 10+years this clinic has been making money out of me and I believe in loyalty and respect and yesterday I was given nothing and as I go into having surgery to repair my neck injury I do so without a GP so as I sign off I will NEVER recommend CSC to anyone you would receive more respect and compassion from Veterinary Clinic than from here. Prayers and thoughts with you Dr Greene.
