Really caring and professional service.despite I was bit frustrated (my fault) with my time poor need of the computer. But the staff was so detailed to explain what needed to be repaired and gave a reasonable quote for me and my Lenovo windows 10 update and new restore.

I took my MacBook to an out of town outfit, who spent two weeks trying to source the issue before returning it unfixed or with the option of paying 1500 for a new motherboard. C1 fixed the problem in 1.5days for under $400! It's the second time I've used them and i wouldn't take my mac anywhere else now. Thanks!

I brought my laptop in due to water damage mid-August, 2017. It is now close to mid-Jan, 2018 and I still don't have my laptop back to me. When I brought it in, they promised following diagnosis that the turnaround time should be 2-3 weeks to replace the mainboard and the keyboard of the laptop. I chose to go with them instead of Dell official warranty service because they actually have an office, rather than just someone talking on the phone. After a MONTH, I called them to check and they said that their supplier could not locate the right mainboard for the laptop. Mind you, it wasn't even an old laptop; it was a new Dell XPS model which I thought they should have ample parts supply for. So I gave in and waited for another month. Called them back to check in in October. SURPRISE SURPRISE: their supplier has sent over the mainboard, except, it's for a wrong model! They explained that they have to send it back to China before the supplier could send out a new CORRECT one - a job that apparently took them 2 months to complete. I called in early December, praying to God them would have fixed my computer by then. Turns out, the mainboard they sent back got STUCK at Custom and they've been holding on to the parcel for WEEKS! I was at my wits' end at this point but I had no choice but to wait for them. They managed to get it "all" done late December and I thought, wow I finally get my laptop back after 4 long months.but NO! They called me, 2 days before Christmas to inform me that the cable between the keyboard and the mainboard was also damaged and they had to order that too! So I had to wait over the Christmas/NY break. And at the end of the first week back, they had apparently fixed it all. The whole process took so long that I have now unexpectedly moved to Canberra for work so I asked them to send it up to me. After all, they OFFER free national delivery service. The parcel with my laptop was picked up last week on Thursday. But to my utmost dismay, C1 decide to go with a sub-par courier company called Fastway to cut back the cost, despite me having paid them over $1000 for their services. And apparently it takes more than a week for a parcel to go from Melbourne CBD to Canberra city centre because it is still not here. I miss my laptop, I really do. And I wish to warn everyone who was even considering bring ANYTHING here to be extremely careful, and make sure you have a backup plan in case something like this happens.
Despite their well-meaning support, my experience was disappointingly plagued with delays upon delays. Would have given 4 stars had it not been for all the anxiety and waiting I had to go through.

Very appropriate place
I was there for repairing of my lenovo keybord due to water damage
Unfortunately they aren't repair lenovo
But one asian boy was there at counter he gave me very perfect solution without charge of single dollar and my laptop got fixed

I took my Macbook to several repairers, but finally decided on C1 Computer as their price was reasonable and they were able to fix my screen in a day. Everything is working well, and it was a pleasure dealing with Vivienne.

Identified issue quickly. Short circuit of laptop hardware. Quickly fixed within 48hrs. 150 bucks all up including Diagnostic.

Highly recommended. Friendly, professional, and patient when asking silly questions. I'd given up my 2011 MacBook Pro for dead, and now it's running like it's brand new. Very happy with the service here.

Vivienne and the team at C1 have been amazing in every interaction. They have been thorough, exceptional, knowledgable and efficient in their repairs of my Mac on multiple occasions. I cannot fault their services and will be recommending them widely!
