Upgraded my 2010 macbook pro with them yesterday - 16/5/2019. Very fast, efficient and professional. It took them a few hours to get the job done. Friendly staff as well. Highly recommended. A+

This is gold. I walked in y'day evening to ask these guys if they can unscrew a stuck screw on my Macbook Pro & also get a new screw, if needed. I was prepared to pay for the service & part. Not only did they extract the dodgy screw in like 5 secs and give me a new screw, they also did not charge me anything for it while a highstreet reseller quoted 30 bucks to just look at it & 80 bucks to drill into the screw and extract it! I was able open up the macbook pro & do my upgrades. This is brilliant service and they will get my business in future.

So got my MacBook repaired here last year.
My screen is 100% damaged now. Went to the Mac store. They told me the screen is very cheap and easily crushed.
Seriously guys! The screen can only last one month after repairing here.
So angry and disappointed.

Spilt water all over my mac, and while it was not worth the repairs given the age and damage (thanks for the honesty!), they were able to retrieve all my data at a reasonable price! I really admired their honesty and integrity.

My MacBook Air was missing one key. Everywhere I rang told me, because I didn’t have the little rubber thing, the entire keyboard needed replacing at a cost of $250. When I took it to C1 Computer, Amy the friendly receptionist said I think we can just replace key, leave it here and I will call you in an hour, fingers crossed.

Sure enough all sorted in an hour and $25 later I was off and running.

I was resolved with spending the $250 and had no idea just the key could be replaced, their honesty saved me $225.

Was just delighted from start to finish. Spoke to Amy on the phone who very quickly ascertained my issue and gave me a rough quote and turnaround time of 2 days. Brought the laptop in and she discovered it was a superficial problem on the spot (the pin inside the power plug in the laptop had bent and was not receiving the charger properly). Fixed the pin problem in under a minute and did not charge me for anything. I wish all problems were this easily fixed. Thanks Amy - Would definitely recommend C1.

UNPROFESSIONAL SCAM COMPANY. I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!
Here is my story:
I came to them to fix my laptop because it was not turning on. They told me that it will take a one day to figure out the problem. 3 days later, they told me that the problem is with the motherboard and it will cost 395 AUS to fix it. 21 days later, they told me that we changed some parts in your motherboard and we threw your original parts. The problem still not fixed and they want me to change the whole motherboard by 935 AUS.
I took my laptop from them and I am afraid that they took some important parts from my laptop cause they are not clear in explaining the problem and they didn't told me what parts they change.
In conclusion, They charge me 80 AUD. They took my laptop for 21 days. They changed some parts inside my laptop without explaining the reason and without giving me the original parts. The laptop still not working.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM.
THEY WILL JUST FOOL YOU!

I always go to these guys to get my mac book fixed. They are super quick for repairs and send you updated text messages also. They also gave me honest advice today saying that I should just get a new computer and not waste my money on getting my one fixed because it will cost heaps and it's 6 years old anyways. I recommend to everyone to go here

This place is awesome.

I got to work and somehow had managed to crack my 15" retina screen in that process. Was quoted around $1200 by apple and other stores. $750 and 3 hours later and these guys had me sorted.

Cannot recommend highly enough.

HONEST ADVICE

I first called another place and they quoted $140. Then I called C1 and they said to bring in my computer for a quick issue diagnosis. Upon review they figured the cause was limited storage, which I took home and fixed up. Computer is working fine now, and I didn't need to pay anything.

Fantastic service. My retina display broke, brought it here and had it fixed and returned within 24 hours. My apple appointment would've taken 1-2 weeks.

The location is a bit hidden, but it is definitely worth coming to this place! The price for labour and parts is pricey, but that is expected. It would've been more expensive and more time-consuming if I went somewhere else.

Would be better if they were honest instead of trying to scam people. They told me they had to repair the motherboard for $295 then I said I'm gonna take the laptop to another place to get a second opinion. They rang me back 5 minutes later and told me the laptop was fixed all of a sudden and it was the battery that was the problem, not the motherboard. Then they removed the battery and told me I can pick up the laptop with no extra fees other than the $80 deposit.

Very attentive and professional. I came into the store with my MacBook and within minutes the lady at the front desk identified the root cause and provided a solution. Relieved to have my MacBook working again. I will be bringing my computers here for any future repairs.

I will never come this place again, they require me to fork out $1100 for repairs. When I refused and got my laptop back, I turned to other locations to fix. There I found that important parts in my laptop were removed before it was returned to me. I have no proof that the parts were stolen by the owners, but I hope this keeps people wary of this place.

I managed to smash the screen of my iMac. C1 were fantastic to deal with and the works were completed very quickly, as quoted and to a high standard. They were both lovely to deal with and there was good communication throughout.

Amazing service. I spilt water on my Macbook Air and it died instantly. I tried to dry it out and it still wouldn't work. I read about some companies overcharging you but the reviews for C1 were pretty good. I called in with my laptop and 3 days later I rang to see how things were. They said they only needed to do an internal cleaning and not change the logic board (which is what every other computer company told me they were going to do) and it was very reasonable. The laptop is working perfect now, thanks for your help! 100% recommend.
