Burrito Bar Point Cook

Missing items from delivery order, upon ringing, staff somehow knew the exact items that were missing.
-Firstly told they would deliver the following morning (burrito for breakfast after no dinner makes up for it guess?)
-Second call, insisted we make a new order and spend MORE money and they then will put some freebies in.
-Thirdly, declared to bring missing items after shift ended. Poor staff must be working over 48 hour shifts, as nothing has arrived yet.

Hard tacos tasted like wet cardboard, I don’t usually leave reviews. But this was absolutely brutal, couldn’t be more in satisfied with a meal

Received my order and to get home wrong items and food missing, when I called the restaurant only to call 10 times before picking up, they could not help me as no manager was on side. Poor quality of food and customer service. Waste of $80.00.

Tacos cold, no ranch sauce with sweet potato fries even though it was advertised as such on the menu, chicken burrito with about 4 tiny cubes of chicken, mostly rice and raw capsicum. The pulled beef taco was tasty and the beer was cold, hence the 2 stars

Just ordered our dinner tonight. They forgot one burrito and denied leaving it out. The bag was stapled closed and they remembered the sauce on the side from the burrito they forgot. Very rude and not helpful at all. Will never order from them again! Didn't even want to see proof of the items ordered to show they forgot it. Terrible service!

This honestly was the WORST "Mexican" food I've ever eaten. To say we're in the middle of a pandemic, where the cleaning standards must be at an all time high, the restaurant was filthy and uncomfortable. There was nothing authentic about the food, all the veggie tacos consisted of was chopped up capsicum, a flavourless tomato sauce that was far from picante, and a handful of cheese on a stale taco shell. I would've gotten more authenticity out of an Old El Paso box from Woolworths, than the slop at Burrito Bar.

The place and location is great. Good beers and drinks on offer. Not very authentic with Mexican flavors especially tacos are not great. I like to order nachos, wings, chips and may be quesadillas. It is more of a drinks and hang out with friends place then the Mexican dinner place. Need to improve on tacos.
