Burrito Bar Point Cook

Lovely place. Good food and service.
I recommend this place.
Try jalapeno fritters if you like some cheesy jalapanoe fried with batter.
Burrito bowl, wrap and pork ribs are other items we liked.

Horrible food, this is not Mexican I don’t even know what this is, quesadilla that had no signs of cheese? This is so disrespectful for people who order through Uber eats, all the food was cold as well.

Very nice joint.love the grill chicken burrito. Nice size and good amount of filling. Definitely a thumps up.

Delicious and the young girl (at Pointcook) was friendly and so accommodating. She walked around like she LOVED her job!

Please try to avoid this place as your restaurant option. They serve the wrong food and they just say sorry for the mistake. They served me a chicken burrito and said it was a veg burrito as per my order. After complaining their response was it was a mistake and they gave me chicken burrito instead of veg and veg was not at all prepared as per my order. Considering it was not at all crowded and at most 5 customers to deal this is not at all expected from a restaurant located in the main shopping mall of point cook being a central place in point cook. Hope they learn a lesson and have a proper way to deal with orders placed by their customers.

From watery enchilada's, to food coming out 15mins apart. The drinks didn't come until I finished my enchilada's. But there is a cool skull painted on the wall and my partner liked that there were dogs on the TV. Don't reccomend for food

AMAZING FOOD! I ordered the chicken burrito along with some mexican fries and they were super yum! Customer service great, food great, definitely coming with my friends again.

We had a couple of fish tacos and it was rather average. Nothing special to write home about. For the price they're charging, won't be back in a hurry.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered! Cold stale chips and a tiny underwhelming cold burrito. As another reviewer said, minimum effort was put into this food, don’t recommend, won’t order again!

Terrible experience, drinks are terrible, the charge for tomato sauce for a kids menu.
The customer service was so bad.

Food was great! I was craving Mexican and I was not disappointed. Enjoyed every single bite! I have never finished a full box of chips before! Service was great as well, we received our take away in less than 10 mins. Appreciate the Chef effort in suggesting and understanding the preferences. Definitely a must visit. Have become one of our favourite Mexican spots. Shame that we discovered it so late!

Overall the food was good, no table service and when we asked for water was told we have to pay for it.general area needs a good clean, tables were sticky and the boths seats are damaged becareful when you sit on them.

Got no complaint with the food or price. It's a shame they don't look after the cleanliness, build up dirt everywhere from the dining area to the toilet. Hope the management take this feedback in a good way. Really hope they do well with the business.

The food was average, servings were tiny and by the time we got it, it was cold.

Worst of all the mislabeled the beef and chicken burritos and my wife accidentally ate beef. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

Almost everything that we ordered were good.except for the chili beef quesadilla which was so soggy and seems uncooked

Ordered and paid online only to find out on arrival that they didn’t have fish (which we ordered for burrito and tacos). No call to notify in advance. We then reluctantly chose the beef option and said “so we guess you haven’t made it yet”. Staff said it would take 1 minute to make. 10 minutes later we got the order with no apology. The 2 staff at the counter barely looked away from their mobile phones. Got home to a cold burrito and the tacos were inedible. The chips the only highlight. Would give lower then 1 star if I could.

Food is okay but the service is a bit of a miss. It's better to order from them on Uber Eats where there is less communication error.
I love their Ultimate Burrito though.
