Burrito Bar Point Cook

Ordered burrito, nachos, and Tacos last night. Will not recommend and refer this place to anyone at all. We got food poisoning the same night. I should have read reviews before ordering food from this place.

Pathetic food.
Never had such a bad chicken wings. Probably a toddler would cook better than this restaurant.
Corn chips are the worst you can ever have.
Nachos was like a dump of left overs in the restaurant.
Never visit again.

I am used to of taking food from point cook
But almost 9 times out of 10 completely tasteless l. Sometime they completely make it non spicy but sometime make it spicy which you can't eat.
Sometime they don't put proper sauces or sometime chicken uncooked or somwtime overcooked.

Worst Mexican in town. Totally waste of money, tasteless food, packed food from coles tastes better than this, took more than 40 minutes to my food.
Big Noooooo to this place. If they continue all this definitely not gonna survive long.

Quite possibly the worst Mexican in Melb. Avoid at all costs. Got food delivered. Things missing - servings sizing are tiny for what they charge. Give yourself money to someone else.

I am giving this rating for the people who left all the reviews. I had been here once before and I thought I may have struck them on a bad night obviously not. Thanks to everyone that I haven't wasted my time and money. You would think with the same continues comments something would be done to improve this place.

Food was taste less. Large was the same size as small. Table servicing was non existent. Indian Mexican left a lot to be desired

I like the frank response from serving person.she agreed it was complete frozen food.

Our Order share platter which comes with 6 wings, Guacamole & Corn Chips and Large Mexican Fries.unable to finish 3 wings.that guacamole was terrible.left the place within 15min

Sorry but the service and food were both a let down. Food not cooked enough and the order was taken wrong. The lady seemed more intent on proving that the food served matched what was on the order taken than trying to fix it.

Great Food, the Carolina Torta was delish, wait time was about half hour but the Front staff made sure we were okay and offered us a round of drinks on the house. Excellent work guys.

1 minute after sitting down (if that) our fried chicken wings came out cold -food poisoning waiting to happen, Enchiladas had no cheese and where cold inside, there was only me & my husband and 1 other couple in the whole restaurant, they was no excuse to give us food cooked hours ago n reheated

Chips were also cold to warm with mayonnaise thrown on top this was meant to be "mexican fries"

Mexican rice was steamed white rice with lime juice, I couldn't taste any lime but ok?

Please get cheifs who know how to cook Mexican food instead of hiring ppl who you can pay cheap & loosing all your customers what's really worth it in the end?

This place has no idea about mexican food please stay away especially if you have kids its a law suite waiting to happen.

Worst mexican food ever. Even Mad Mex taste 100% better than this joint. The wifey and I ordered a burrito and quesadilla. When the food arrived, it was cold, tasteless, bland and small portion for the price. The meat inside the burrito was extremely dry and was probably microwaved. Very disappointed, I will never return in future.

To quote my friend: "Size does matter" - and so does presentation. The large burrito was quite small and came wrapped in foil, plonked on a plate (rather like takeaway food even though we were eating in). It would have been okay for takeaway, but I won't be back to eat in.

Just ordered $110 worth of food from this establishment, one would assume $110 would be a substantial amount of food? We opened our bag and recognised that it was hardly anything? All items where small, and so bland. Food arrived cold, tasteless and we we're left hungry after all that. I'm so incredibly disappointed and will never return in future.

1 star for the lemon lime bitters, never tasked nachos so bland and tasteless. The remaining food also bland and only filled with capsicum totally tasteless.not worth a dollar

Cold and dried out! As if it had been sitting there for 20 minutes after waiting 50 minutes before it was ready! I don’t recommend AT ALL it’s like Indian food in a tortilla.

Extremely disappointing, definitely won’t be back!

The staff are not particularly informative.
I asked about the size of a single vegetarian taco and they couldn’t answer and only after I placed my order they brought me an example one. They were tiny so I added two more, totaling three. They charged me individually for each one when they had a get three save deal. Refused to fix it because I’d already paid for the first one, two min earlier!

Furthermore, the staff that served me (two different people) didn’t seem to speak English. I found that strange given they were at the counter take orders for takeaway. A task that requires speaking to customers and given we are in Australia, that logically means in English

Customer service lets them down.

Ordered from this store 3 times. First time was fine but nothing special. 2nd time was cold, watery and very small.last time, the meat was bad cuts with lots of fat and small portions. Won't be buying again.

Absolutely appalling! If I could give no stars I would!
Went in at 1130am to order lunch deal and never got it.
Firstly when I walked in the lady at the front was maskless and coughing and sniffing with a cold.
I ordered a Large and it was put through as a regular.
Told to come back in 20-25 min.
When I came back I was informed that there was no rice for the borrito and I can have just chicken or wait another 25 min. Taking my total wait time to nearly 1 hour.
At this point I asked for a refund. The lady (now wearing a mask) didn't know how to refund so got the chef. He tried to refund me in cash but as it states all over the shop, its card only, no cash and I wanted a refund back to my card.
They had to call the owner who didn't know how to do it either, so he said he will bank transfer. I am still waiting!
Since this used to be our favourite borrito shop when it first opened we have given them a few go's. This is the 4th time in a row they have disappointed. NEVER AGAIN spending my money in this shop. It has been cold, missing items, wrong orders and now this! Very disappointed.

Ordered food at 6: 30pm via Uber eats. At 8: 10pm received notification that order was complete. Got out the front in time to see rider take off, but no food. Called the restaurant basically told me it’s not their problem so they wouldn’t be doing another order. Terrible customer service will never use these guys again and will never recommend them
