Burger Basement

Never again. Second time in a row that they messed up our pick up order, this time completely not including a kids meal. Front of house staff was rude and dismissive and the restaurant was littered with uncleared tables. The burgers are good but not good enough to put up with this.

Visited on the 23rd of March.
The food was good however the Customer survives was awful. It took 40 min to get our food ready and they were just vaping, talking, singing and on their phone the whole time. They were really unprofessional and young.

Checked the hours, closing at 9pm.
Drove all the way from Greenvale, arrived 8: 45pm.
Went to counter to place an order, advised they're not cooking anymore. I asked "What time do you close" they said 9: 00pm. So whats going on here.make my bloody burger or change the trading times to a 8: 45pm close.

Meat tasted like beef& sausage Meat.
Very disappointed we are sure the food was off, pineapple was soooooo Sour. Luckily I have 2 dogs so they enjoyed $30 burgers

Tbh I don't know how the ratings are so high. The burgers are average at best, the chips could improve significantly and our onion rings were burnt lol. If the price was lower it would be ok but for what you are paying it definitely isn't worth it. Try it yourself and find out.

Drove all the way (~40 kms) only to know that they aren’t taking any new orders - I reached there at 8: 40 pm. Should update the timings from 9: 00 pm to 8: 30 pm. Misleading!

The staff member with blonde hair and false lashes who serves at the counter was so rude. Absolutely no customer service skills and wasn’t helpful at all. The prices on the menu out the front were wrong so all the food was more expensive than listed. The chips were nice which was great and portion size very generous however the meat inside burgers was awful. I ended up having to take out the meat patties after a few bites as it really just tasted of flavourless mince. Burgers were both disappointing unfortunately. With poor service and poor burgers, would really recommend trying somewhere else if you’re considering eating here

Good solid burgers and great fries! We can't wait to go back and try the other burgers ️
Friendly staff and cool venue!

Been here a handful of times and it's been good on all visits thus far. The burgers are juicy and flavourful with a wide range of options for burgers. The fries are not too bad either.

SOME of the staff could probably use some customer service training. Otherwise, not too bad.

I ordered a burger, chips and a blue haven milkshake i wanted to know about whats in blue haven milkshake i asked one of the staff member she didn’t describe it correctly and laughed at me i felt really embarrassed that i don’t know what it is i think they behave differently to the asian people and show racism. Very bad experience first time.

I had burger basement first time last week. I was amazed by the quantity of the meal and the burger was extremely juicy and filling. So if someone wants to try out the beef double stacker burger it is highly recommended.

This burger joint has topped my best burgers list around town, amazing venue and atmosphere, my only complaint is FOH staff, waited a little while just to ask one question as both workers were distracted by Tik Tok and took no notice, but other then that, very friendly staff, casual, I recommend the $16.50 burger with a Blue Haven Milkshake

Racist staff. They behave differently with the white people and differently with Asian people. We ordered burger from the shop. My friend gave order and I went for pickup. At first they asked many questions about order and then said u already took the drink, then my friend came and then they gave us the drink.
Anyway after this we took our order and checked, they made us the wrong order. We went again and explains they blamed us for the wrong order. After clarification they made us burger again but a really bad burger.
I was exited to go there after seeing tiktok video but left in disappointment. Not worth it at all.

Visited on Sunday around 8pm.
The burgers were cold, burger patty was kinda dry and not warm enough.
Nothing extra ordinary. Costed me $25 in total for 2 burgers 1 small chips and can of coke.
Most of the staff is like 18, may need more traning.
This place is round the corner from my house. Probably will not visit again.

An amazing local find, burger basement provides such generous servings and friendly service.

Can’t go wrong with their chicken burgers

Went there for a take away order, it was almost 25 minutes delayed. Food was pathetic, what a waste of time and money. Never going there again.

Staff is rude, quality dropped, charged higher than menu prices and not ready to correct it even after pointing out.

The only good thing about the place is the good yummy food. Their burgers are really good. BUT their staff is super UNfriendly.they are not professional and they have attitude! It is not from just one visit.i live near by and i went there 4 or 5 times so far.everytime i go back i think maybe it is because they are busy! But no! They are not friendly! Also, the food takes around 30-40mins to be ready which is a looooong time for just a burger and fries!

Make sure your address is entered correctly with a street name as it is not checked like other restaurants and you do not get food or a refund.
