Special shout out to the very slow Kyle at the key cutting desk that’s not only slow but does not seem to know a lot about anything, then there is his poor attitude as well!

We were very very impressed with the help we got at the outdoor section of this bunnings store. We were trying to find Dura Colour wood chips. Which they didn't have even though it said they had 44. Which were had been told by another helpful lady from bunnings Oakleigh. We find the outdoor staff
generally are always very helpful but not of course not always. Keep up the good work.

Yet another Bunnings in the outer south east. They are all more or less the same. Plenty of parking here and not too busy.

We enjoyed the family Christmas night two years in a row, when we still live in Notting Hill. This place also have many workshops as well as other community activities. Low price is just beginning, their tagline, is for real!

Very disappointed from the delivery options.
They franchisee the delivery to other companies and the people are umexperience can not drive properly. When I ask the driver to reverse back to my driveway the driver refuse as explain to me that can left all at nature street. I pay $175 for delivery and this man can not reverse 60m back. Sorry bunnings I canceled my order and for future will not order anything from you. Thanks but no thanks. Mitre 10 is best option for builders.

Great range, reasonable prices & great range.
Unlike many other Bunnings stores, the staff here are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
All in all a solid 4 stars

Standard bunnings store. Do not trust the online stock check system - 9 out of 10 times you will get there only to find the item is sold out, even though the online system says its in stock at that store. The website also shows products that this store does not carry, i often go to the Springvale store instead - they seem to have a broader range and a bigger car park.

This is my local bunnings. Very Friendly staff except two older gentlemen that i have seen. One in the hardware/timber area and one in the garden section. They ALWAYS seem upset about something!
The rest of the crew here are great specially in the paint shop area.

Worst staff. Doesn't help the customers at all. I was charged full price for product that was on clearance. Doesn't have basic knowledge about the products that they are selling.

If you've seen one Bunnos then you've seen them all. Thank heavens they fixed the stupid parking system that was here.

I go here regularly to obtain items to maintain the garden or house. The only issue I have is that there are not enough checkouts available so there are often large queues. Parking is good and so is the range of items.

Smaller store, unlike any other bunnings store I have shopped at, the aisle numbers are different and items are in different places. I guess when your use to the standard Bunnings store and layout, this one stands out and is totally different. Still got what I went there for apart from a key for a lockwood padlock that I needed a copy of, there were no lockwood blanks to match.

You can find her anything for home improvement, camping or gardening. Only down fall is the lack of staff at times.

An excellent place to visit if you want to upgrade and buy anything for your house we all know it has a pretty good reputation and good prices all round

Friendly and very switched on staff!
I had a very young man I think his name was kynan or konan something like that, he helped me in paint and was very helpful he also had knowledge of where everything in the store is as I kept going back to him for more questions about products around the whole store!

I would like to give a better review but unfortunately I can't. The customer service is non existent. It took over 20mins to find someone to help with my question and then they seemed uninterested with my questions. It is not the customer service I am used too from at this brand.
