Bunnings Notting Hill

Great service and friendly in the garden section. Needed help lifting and was not a problem at all. Thanks guys, you were great.

Featuring the wide range of products for which Bunnings is noted, albeit in a smaller floor.
Service is great as usual with helpful knowledgeable team members.

They have no stock of rust-oleum silver, grey primer, gold, or any metallics.
I can just see gaps and prices where they were, none on the website either, they pull this all the time. Drop stock of a brand without warning.
Huge pain when you find out two Bunnings in a row, especially since Bunnings puts other hardware stores out of business.
Now I can't get any rust-oleum paints I have bought for years, the most anti consumer business in hardware in my view.

Big shout out to Josh in the paint department! My partner and I have been coming in every weekend for the past few weeks. Staff are incredibly attentive and asked us if we we needed help, where the staff in other stores simply ignore customers. They gave us spot on advice for our problem and told us exactly which aisle and shelf location for the product we wanted. And they had better stock than the 2 previous Bunnings stores we had visited! In future I will drive past my closer Bunnings stores just to come to this one, even though it's further from home it's far superior.

Very hard to get assistance as there are not many Staff. I must say that I was pleased with the person in the paint section early this afternoon. He seemed most knowledgeable

I think the staff are doing a good job observing virus precautions and still being friendly and helpful.

We (husband and I) need to renovate a house we just bought. We turned up to Bunnings with all the questions (the reno rookies that we are). Lucky for us, we were helped by Rod (the legend). He was patient, talked us through things we hadn’t even considered, he even stopped what he was doing several times during the course of our shop to help us out. I think he’s now our Bunnings Uncle. You’re the best Rod at Bunnings Nottinghill! We will be back to see you.

Been waiting for twenty minutes for click and collect while the "team members" are right next to us and not even serving customers. Do not use the click and collect service or choose somewhere else would be my advice.

For some reason, most of the staff working here seem very unhappy which prevents them from being friendly towards the customers. Hopefully it's just my experience.

Excellent over the phone customer service. After I was told they were out of stock, Amber went to extra lengths to make sure that there was a store that had everything I needed.

I only wish there were a better service I found at times I can not find anyone around to help me. Specially on the garden department.

Some of the staff here are utterly lazy and rude. Visited today was told at the garden checkout to go get the barcode of the product from the shelf, take a bloody photograph of it and bring it back to him. All this while his lazy overweight colleague was standing nearby doing buzzall and probably dreaming of his darned donuts. WILL NOT BE BACK to this miserable store.

Terrible service. I’m at this store weekly and they never have more than one register open. The self serve registers are never operating either, resulting in lengthy delays at the counter.

Helpful staff when you find one. Usually very hard to find anyone to help because everyone is always busy.

I went there to get some aluminium tube they had a small range and I had to go to other stores to get everything I needed it's your usual Bunnings

A smaller Bunnings hardware store, but still has a wide range of products. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Another bunnings with great service and everything you need. Including a snag and bread on weekends.
