Bunnings Melton reviews
58The store appears in a shambles. From entire aisles closed off due to mess through to empty pallets stacked in piles blocking walkways. Staff are more focused on discussing their weekends as 3 spent 10 minutes doing while a woman was looking for help. Self service functionality blocked off from use and the one counter was overwhelmed by the customer traffic.
Very annoying to have to walk from gardeing section back to main entry just to find a basket. Four staff at garden exit, three doing nothing. Pick your game up Bunnings Melton!
Team members good natured and helpful but asked 3 before found out where rivets we're. Tip to Bunnings: if team members don't know where something is ask them to say so and get help rather than give a convincing but wrong guess and waste customers time.
The staff are so friendly and helpful every time. They always welcome you with a smile. My kids get a stamp every time which makes them feel super special. And a massive thumbs up to the kids weekend workshops. What an amazing idea!
Conveniently located next to Woodgrove shopping centre, car wash & KFC/MACCA'S there's something for the whole family Sat/Sunday mornings.
Bunnings Melton is the usual Bunnings fair, never going to set the world on fire but has helpful knowledge staff which always helps.
Typical Bunnings hardware store with all of the same as the other stores. Often has a close-to-full car park though.
Possibly worst service ever.actually in all the bunnings stores i have visited it is the worst.back to mitre 10
Sausages for lunch. Take your dog into the store. Huge range of products. You can't really ask for much more.
Next to Woodgrove shipping centre, long opening hours, helpful staff, wide range of products available, ample parking
Friendly staff, always pretty well stocked, just a few too many "aisle specials" getting in the way.
A decent sized Bunnings with a large variety of stock. I also managed to pick up some very well priced miss tinted paints.
You can usually find what you need in this store but the help and advice you need is not the best you can often be waiting for help.theres plenty of parking at this store
Great bunch of people! Just wish they would take refunds on their shocking coffee.really need someone in the cafe who knows how to use an espresso machine.
I️Bunnings. Has everything you need to do so many different projects around the house. Lots of tools and accessories for the garage. Heaps of plants for the garden. Concrete, cement. Fencing stuff. Everything you need!
Trades close too early. Dont understand why they strictly shut down 5: 30pm even rest of part open till 9: 00pm.
Bad service no knowledge, no stoke on products that they say they have. Extended wait time. And refusal to assist customers.
Bunnings MELTON is. "Bunnings MELTON ". Hasn't changed at all in years.except for stock and staff! They DON'T supply as many choices in most of their stock now. It's a HUGE frustration! Staff are always not happy. I don't understand this. Wether they are mature employees or young, one would think that they would be at least grateful that they have a job. The only employees that GENUINELY smile and say hello are the very mature ones! And that's the only good thing about BUNNINGS MELTON.
Car park sucks, lousy entries with no marked lanes, not a good capacity with narrow lanes. Checkouts are that better. Only 2 registers and tool shop open. Sunday the busiest day NO self serve checkouts. I live 5 mins drive away, I'd been better off at Watergardens, or Deerpark
