Justin from hardware is an absolute legend, fantastic customer service, definitely in need of a bonus of some sort.

Went to Bunnings today and was beautifully welcomed and greeted goodbye by a beautiful and bubbly staff member named Alana, great customer service. Great Customer service isn’t recognised enough and this definitely made my day

Bunnings Melton have always been helpful but tonight Kendrick (aka Kenny) in the tools department went above and beyond to help me. His customer service was exceptional! Thank you Kenny.

Knowledgeable staff, lots to choose from always clean always helpful, they got there staff and act right if they don't know they get someone who does to help you, if they don't have it in stock they find a solution for that problem

The Bunnings Melton customer service is always helpful and friendly. There is so much to look at and such a wide range of choices. But definitely handy.
I always end up spending hours in the store, I'm glad they have a cafe inside and accessible toilets. There is always a carpark available because the parking lot is quite large. And there is quite often a bbq going with sausages, hamburgers and cold drinks by the entrance for cheap but yummy snack.
My favourite part of the store is the garden and paint sections.

Good place, shop here often. Staff are a bit sparse, but they are friendly and helpful once you nail one down.

This is amazing how much better the group is going. Quality products, Staff are always happy to help and very happy with their work.

Joseph (staff member) was very helpful. No stock that I wanted was there, all sold out. I was concerned with the security staff on there phones and no social distancing. I usually enjoy my time there but I'm a bit worried about going there again.

I got the last tool trolley on sale! Very happy. They were very friendly and helpful too.

It's a really good new bunnings. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They also make amazing coffee. Largest range in the area and well set out.

This morning we've visited Bunnings Melton to buy some christmas led lights. Nate who assisted us over the phone and face to face was really helpful and demonstrated an exceptional customer service.

Their wood cutting machine has not been working for months and they like it so. One job less to do.
Getting piece of carpet being cut is a luck of a draw because you have to be on the right day just to get it done.
This Bunnings reminds me on communism.

Could care less, never answer phone's, and when they do 90% of them treat you like your wasting their time.

It's a big bunnings, consequently they have more stock and for some things more variety. The staff are great. Pity it's in Melton

Well all Bunnings same only difference is staff.
Staff are helpful and friendly BUT need more staff to help when you are trying to get help can take a while before some one is found to help.

Good but it's quite far now for me to go to the new Bunnings. Heavy traffic and I can't drive there now by myself.
