Bunnings Melton

Happened to drop in during our search for some specific plants, and was amazed at the variety of well stocked plants in the Gardening section. Way more than what you would get in a normal Bunnings in the metro area. Very good.

Staff a very unhelpful, came here a few times and asked staff, clueless and not even willing to help. That's why I always go to Caroline Springs, staff go out of their way to help you with what you need.

Bunnings you lost 2 stars due to not having your inventory in order and making your worker do unnecessary running around

This is my 3rd click and collect. My first one was so perfectly done with magnificent teenagers handling it that I sent a letter to head officer and local branch asking for their staff to be rewarded. Today at 10.30am I was met with 3 young staff, a female, male and then a male who bought the items out and their behaviour was impeccable, professional, pleasant, helpful, efficient.cannot fault them. Bunnings East Melton, you are hiring amazing young teenagers and they are doing you proud, Please reward them.

Good range of trade products. Staff with trade backgrounds willing to share their knowledge is a bonus.

First time going there. Was good but not enuf outside furniture. A lot of plants seemed overpriced

We came to purchase a toilet seat cover lid. The expert said that we need to get a measure tape from the tools section. We are confused. We went to ask another lady about our queries. She told us she would get an expert for this. The same person who attended us before came. He then changed his information. We were very disappointed, he was not polite in delivering his message. Unfortunately, we left without purchasing.

Bunnings bunnings tool ect legit don't know what else u would want it has tools and plants and wood and metal, its bunnings

At least for now you can find a staff member but don't go looking for any such advice. Unlike on the tv that is hard to find at the Melton store.

First visit to the new store so needed to adjust to new layout. Staff were very helpful in the garden checkout and it was great to see a BBQ happening again.

Recently bought some pots and plants, they are beautiful ️

Everything you could need most of the time, high visibility spray paint is often out of stock, that's my only problem

Hardly any staff available to help, most areas are unattended.
Feels like I wasn't in Bunnings, as most of the other stores staff is always there to help.
Guys need much improvement to compete other stores.
Am sorry it depends on management for this store.

Really disappointed at the service over the weekend in the garden section, staff were so busy discussing their social lives and not listening to my questions

I got excellent service. The Bunnings guy even got a trolley for me as well as finding the goods I wanted to buy. This was a Sunday morning.

Went to garden centre chose items then there eas a long wue with nothing happening at register'after a bit some stsff walked past do i asked them to open another register but was told they could not, abit after that another group of staff strolled past & seeing que did open another, whilst first was still struggling.

Strips of plastic wrap laying on the floor where fencing/trellis stuff was otherwise store was very good

Was ok to purchase from there. But really need to learn some lessons from Bunnings Sunbury. A little lack lustre staff. Come on guys enjoy your job. Still a good store though, thumb up.

Extremely poor service. Charged me for a product they didn't have then just sent me outside to look for it and when asked for help was just ignored. Pathetic. I won't be back. They need to pick up their customer service.
