Bunnings Chadstone reviews
63Worst bunnings ever. Pretty hard to buy things from here as they have 2 registers open with 5 -6 people waiting at each then close one and make eveyone move lines. Good on the manager!
I asked whether they had an 8 X 5 trailer for hire, I was told yes so waited for the attendant to process the paperwork but when they finally got to me, I was told that while they do in fact usually have one for hire, it was currently already hired out.
*FACE PALM*
Great car park underground, great staff the usual affordable items and bonus new stuff. A great store 2 visit & the bonus is, it's close 2 Chadstone so you can do a shop in 1 trip.
I would like to give a shout out to the amazing staff member you have in Nursery, Tracey. She has a abundance of great knowledge and kindness. She always has the time of day to answer any questions. She is a great asset to your company!
Bunnings is a great store. The customer service is great. As I needed help with a project, the guy's were awesome help.
Can always find what I'm looking for and the staff are very helpful. Took a while to locate the snags which is now setup outside the trade entrance next to aisle 21
What sets Bunnings Chadstone apart is the quality of the team members. Across every department, they're polite, helpful and thorough, and will often approach you if they see you doing the Bunnings Stare (i.e, standing helplessly in an aisle, wondering where they keep the hose reels).
And, as usual with Bunnings - if you need it, they've got it.
Quite small. Doesn't have a lot product. You better off going to the other bunnings, about less than 10 min drive
5 stars for the plant range, they have a lot more plants than the surrounding stores, the plants are also better maintained.
Went to the shop to pick up a few things but was blown away by the greetings as you entered the shop. The check out young man was efficient and amazingly friendly. Lovely customer experience.
Went to the store with my window insect screen to find out that they don't sell windows screens assembled, but the guy in the traders desk said we would help assembling if I went get the stuff, then he vanished. Found another that said it couldn't help because the desk traders desk was now closed. Not even 5 minutes. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed.
Visited one night after work. Good location for me to buy hardware straight after work. If I go to the Bunnings near my house after work, it’ll be closed when I get there due to traffic jam. The store has plenty space for parking. Even inside a busy area, the store managed to have mostly everything as other Bunnings stores. Convenient.
The multi level layout of the store just makes it more difficult to find anything beause the staff always seem to tell you to go to the wrong section for whatever you need. Arghh - frustrating!
Bunnings Chadstone is a great store to visit if you are after the staples. Not actual staples - you know what I mean. The range is not equal to bigger Bunnings stores but it also is not over run with 4 million people. And it has 100% undercover parking. Today I bought 25 bags of cement, 30m of rope, 4 tie downs, 2 x 25m rolls of bubble wrap and a few other hardware bits and pieces. Tomorrow I have to transport a 3 x 4.5 Colorbond shed. Got everything I needed!
Worst Bunnings store set up. So inconvenient buying large products, using escalators to get products to car.
No drive in avail for pick up.
Staff great but awful set up in a shopping centre style.
It can be a bit frustrating to park here and navigate the store due to its location inside a multilevel building. But the staff are friendly and helpful and extremely knowledgeable on most topics.
This is one of the smallest Bunnings, however it's well stocked with goods and supplies. Like all Bunnings it gets you out of a pinch when you cannot get to a trades store on Sundays
As we all know no matter which store you visit whether it's local there are many to choose for your convenience cheap excellent prices to match iconic for sure
Emergency supplies were the order of the day, needed a drill and glue. Not a bad spot to go. Easy access to the shop and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
Plenty of choice and pricing on the ball.
In and out in minutes gives this visit 5 stars.
Shopped here in June 2018. Pretty big store though not the biggest Bunnings we ve seen as far as we could tell. Some sections were surprisingly small (electrical supplies) while others were surprisingly big (storage boxes). Layout was not intuitive for us. Note shop is on 2 floors. First floor includes a cafe that is tiny but came in very handy when hunger struck! Next to kids play area & gardening. Shopping centre toilets just outside on 1sr floor.
