Great service and friendly staff. They replaced a faulty item without a receipt which was unexpected

Easy to get around. Easy for parking. Has more stock on hand than other stores in the area. Staff very helpful.

Welcome staff aren’t the friendliest when welcoming or when asked for directions. Check out staff were great

I found an outdoor bench seat pillow at a Brisbane store and Chadstone Bunnings had the matching pillow cases. Steff was most helpful and went out of her way to collect additional pillow cases that I needed from another Bunnings in Melbourne (as Chadstone didn't have enough) and then posted all the pillow cases to me. Her customer service goes over and above what is expected and she did all of this with the greatest of attitudes! A huge big thank you from me to Steff and the other helpful staff. Thank you to Zac as well who called to confirm that I had received the pillow cases. Nothing was too hard for them to help with. Again, great customer service. Well done. Your bosses should be very proud of you.

Oh how I miss Bunnings! Doe me this is practically my kmart! If your keen on doing DIY everything is practically here! And not too mention the sausage sizzles! Hell yea! I’ll come back to Bunnings any day for a good old sausage sizzler.

Didnt even know there was a bunnings here but had everything i needed. Situated with a bunch of other good house-focused retail places. Weirdly set on two levels due to where its situated but still somewhat easy to find things. Maybe a bit more awkward because you cant look down all the aisles and see everything in one go buts good.

"Can I have your order number? " I start reading it. She starts talking to someone else. When she asks again she gets it wrong because she isn't listening.

Lucy is a star. She showed me what the good customer service was.

First, worm welcome and ask if I need any help when I could not find the garage shelf units I wanted. Then she dropped what she was doing and led me to the place. However, the product was empty in the shelf. She checked and told me there were plenty in stock. She went to look for them upstairs and brought me 4 of them to make sure I could have enough for my shopping. Each pack is around 20kg, and she did moved all by herself which I was surprised that the store would let a little young lady to move such heavy items in a bulk.

This young lady should have a reward as a star employee of the year.

Not really a good place to shop for a tradie, unless of course they know what they need and its there,
The hardware goods are minimal and it was better to travel to a bigger Bunnings.
But!
The staff there were the best I have encountered in all the Bunnings shops.very friendly and helpful from all and any of the staff, that was great to see and that made up for all the missing items where I had to go away to another Bunnings store

Female with pink hair has poor customer service and made a snarky comment and giggled behind our backs when we were wanting to exchange an item. Next time teach them to be polite and walk customers over to the area instead of engaging in personal conversations with other employees when customers are around.

Will and matt in chadstone Bunnings they r most unprofessional staff in the Bunnings. They r not helpful at all and sounds so rude. How come they r working in the information and exchange desk. We were waiting for 45 min but not body came for helping. When we asked again they told us we cannot do anything.

Staff are busy chatting themselves, no checkout was open service desk was busy, went to tool shop a single handed injured team member try to serve at his pace, and the queue was building!

Their bbq expert from this Bunnings recommended that I buy a Jumbuck gas bbq for my camping needs. I used this bbq once and realised it was such a waste of money (because it does not heat the meat well enough) and it was not portable because the legs do not fold properly and it was too big to be classified a portable bbq. Called them up, and they said I could return it. When I arrived at the store, the shift/floor manager (at the information counter!) was just rude and said no returns on change of mind! I did not change my mind, this product was recommended by your bbq guy.

Terrible customer experience! I asked 5 different staff members to help me find a product I was looking for and every single one of them pointed to the isle and didn’t assist in helping me. I ended up leaving the store because A: I couldn’t find what I was looking for and B: I was shocked at the treatment provided to a customer of the store.

Lacklustre small Bunnings with too little staff during the week, long wait times for checkout, self-checkout has never been open when I have visited during peak/off-peak on weekdays and weekends.

Advice is difficult to come by and often not comprehensive enough to be useful.

Very sparse range of items available (electrical, lighting and gardening is especially poor).

Disparate, nonsensical isle positioning that are incongruous with other Bunnings stores (Mentone, for me, being the gold standard).

Unless you really have to visit, go to one of Bunnings’ better stores like Mentone.

Customer service desk staff are awful, not helpful and very rude. So many of them working but they are too lazy to help the customers. Shocked about their behaviour. Will never recommend to anyone and will never come back. Very disappointed.

Giving this Bunnings a 5 star rating purely on the back of my experience with Joe in plumbing supplies - great guy, very knowledgeable, happy to offer quality advice and explain why he's recommending the things he is. Quite literally couldn't have been more helpful.

If all the employees here are of the quality of Joe then they have a winning store on their hands.

I always find the staff at this store helpful and knowledgable. The salesperson spent time finding a variety of ways to help me solve my problem.

Just as the other Bunnings stores.
Vast range of whatever you need for your house and Lovely staff, however they are a little bit too busy and if you need some help you gonna have to wait for long or find what you need yourself.

Easy to shop in. Great for DIY fans. Good parking, lower level available if the first floor is full. A bit tricky on exit, but there is a right turn U turn at the second set of lights because all traffic must turn left on exit. 3 lanes to turn in.
