The staff & Doctors at Bundoora Family Clinic, are friendly and it is a good GP’s Office. Particularly my doctor -
Dr. Simitha Shome. She goes above and beyond for you as a patient and gives you the time you need. She is kind & understanding.
Doctor Shome is very understanding with each different situation or any request you might have and is happy to provide the care you need.

I have always found any of the doctors l have seen to be caring & very attentive whenever l have been unwell. The doctors have always been excellent with chasing up results of any tests l have had. Reception staff have always been friendly & helpful with my children & myself.

Another unprofessional interaction from the receptionst. Please give time for the customer to finish their first sentense before you interupt them. Listen to them to know what they want before jump into assumption. Thanks

The clinic is very family friendly as named. I was looking for a nurse to administer my osteo injection due necessary to be taken that day. In this difficult time I was given great support by Dr Smitha and nurse Lisa in my treatment, though I was a new patient. They were very kind and compassionate in dealing with me from registering to administer of injection. Telephone contact staff were very helpful to me. Thank you all of you for being kind and helpful in this difficult covid time.
