Very rare to find a clinic open on a Sunday let alone before a public holiday. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the Dr Panwar was kind and attentive towards my elderly mother. And having a pharmacy co-located is an added bonus

Dr panwar has been my Dr for well over 10 years now he is very caring he listens to my concerns I would highly recommend him to everyone and the staff are also very friendly.

I made a Dr appointment for my 13 year old child (telehealth) as he has Covid and was sent a sms last minute before my appointment requesting payment. I called the clinic and was advised that as of today 23/10 Medicare is not bulk billing telehealth appointments for children. I was very upset as it was the first I had heard of this or even been made aware of by the clinic. I was told if face to face children are still bulk billed. This is not possible if someone has Covid and are isolating. I have made a medicare enquiry regarding this also. Our family has been at the clinic for over 20 years and I am deeply saddened by todays events.

I have been a long term patient for good reason as my doctor is just lovely and really cares about the health of my entire family, including my mother and my daughter. He has gone out of his way to help our family many times and I cannot thank him enough. These doctors are here to help, these things are rare now days. Big thank you to the entire team.

The services that I receive from Dr. Panwar is excellent. Dr. Panwar and the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care.

Today was my first consultation at this clinic. I'm very happy with the care and attention I received. The appointment was on time and since I'm over 60 it was bulk billed too. Not usual anymore! Thank you for your good service and care of patients.

Bundoora Family Practice is a professional, friendly and caring practice. The Drs are top notch and everything is confidential. I consider myself to be lucky to have this available for my health needs over the years. The pharmacy adjacent is again top notch. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Dr Habibian, is a gently softly spoken doctor who takes the time to listen, he truly is a great GP!

Always a pleasure to have a phone conference with Dr. Simita Shome evey Thursday to discuss my ongoing medical concerns and medication requirements. This form of consultation is equally as good as face to face other needing any form of physical attention within the consulting room.

This place used to be good, they had stuffed up my bookings booked in the see a doctor and then told it was a Tele health when it did not say that, and then I booked in a Tele health and was told it was in person, the last doctor I saw was awful could barely even wear his mask properly and was very dismissive, told the doctor that this medication was not working so he prescribed me the same one!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of great doctors who speak so many different languages, it's great to see they care about providing medical help to people of all backgrounds.

Absolutely appalling experience. 3 minute consultation with Dr Crilly who has the empathy of a cardboard box. Please do not book an appointment with this doctor.

I would like to thank the doctor and the receptionist at this clinic for being compassionate enough to squeeze my 4YO son in last night. We drove around like maniacs looking for a clinic still open at 7pm and Bundoora Family Clinic fitted him in even though they were fully boked! Can not thank you enough

The reception staff are always helpful and friendly. I have been a patient of Dr. Chaudhary Panwar for over 10 years, he is knowledgeable, attentive and accomodating. From my experience he provides sound advice and also takes great care when performing surgical procedures.
