First time for me to see (Dr Maree Clare Krilly)
The doctor didn't pay much attention to what I was saying, and what concerns I have. She spent no more than 5 minutes to understand what my problem was and didn't give me the chance to ask her questions. I didn't feel looked after at all

Excellent practice, Dr David Li is amazing very professional at all times and very thorough and empathetic

Dr Marie Claire crilly is the worst doctor I have ever come across in my life she is so unprofessional and RUDE she does not try to help you at all she is so against medications but is a doctor this is the second time I’ve had a bad interaction with this doctor absolutely disgusting she makes you not even want to come to the doctors.

Have been a patient of the clinic for many years and have a regular GP who is excellent however try to phone them to enquire about an email address to send reports and no answer what so ever and as others have mentioned even if you have an appointments sometimes you arrive and still have a wait before getting in - luckily we rarely have to attend

The consult felt very rushed. Dr was more concerned with admin side of things such as checking my Medicare card multiple times (when this is clearly an admin job). I pre-filled my forms online but still had to go through them again in the consult. I was not weighed nor was my height taken, the Dr only asked verbally. Paid $90 which is how much I pay my regular GP in Malvern but there is clearly a difference in standard of service. Not fair to pay for private and get public standard service… never going again…

I was able to get an appointment quite quickly. It was easy to find and park. Staff were friendly. I didn't have to wait long. The Doctor was efficient and to the point.

Bundoora family clinic is the best service, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the doctors are great, thank your for the great service.

I was recommended to Bundoora Family Clinic by a long time friend after an experience causing my large toe to develop a large whole and needed medical attention. The experience I received was excellent, I was seen by a Dr Shahin Habibian who also was able to treat me with other medical problems, a very profession person plus meeting other doctors there I am xery happy to have found such a friendly Professional Medical Clinic my experience is beyond belief.

Doctor didn't send me certificate I asked for and couldn't fill my script the same way as last time. Overall rather useless.
Will have to call back to get certificate I required. Waste of public money.

After receiveing multiple confirmation emails, I turn up there just to be told theres been a glitch in the system and im not booked in on their end and there is no doctors there. That im suddenly a new patient because I havent been in 3 years (healthy people dont need to go to Drs often fyi), and that they no longer bulk bill, and it will cost $70. $70 appointment for an office that cant even correctly book an appointment? Yeah cya later.

I've been to many clinics and this is by far my favourite. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the clinicians are very knowledgable and I feel comfortable with everyone there. Special thanks to Dr Arambepola!

We love Bundoora Family Clinic. They always go above and beyond for our family and whilst we have a usual who is our fave and amazingly remembers so much about us all, the rest of the Doctors there who we have seen on other occasions have been great too.

I would like to share my best experience with Dr Panwar, who is professional, humble, knowledgeable practitioner. He is always there for you at anytime of the day. I'm visiting this clinic from last 2 years, my family including my 9 year old daughter always feels comfortable with Dr Panwar. Overall Bundoora family clinic has been great experience for me. Their reception staff are always patient and helpful, and so far I've always had very positive experiences with the GPs I've had appointments with at the clinic. From general health concerns to support after surgery, I have found Bundoora Family Clinic to be informative, helpful, and compassionate. Dr Shome & Dr Zhang are both wonderful.

Efficient and timely protocols, polite and professional staff. I live just around the corner, and this is my regular GP clinic. Highly recommended to anyone living closeby.

My experience with the clinic was great. This was my first visit there and everyone was extremely pleasant and nice. Dr. Zang was good and gave me the right advice.

My family and I have been patients of this clinic for around 20 years. The care we have received over these years has been impeccable. I cannot speak more highly of our doctor, Yasendri Arambepola, an excellent GP who has taken the time to really get to know each of us and really does care.

Dr. Arambepola has also been my elderly parents' doctor for many years and even made house visits to my father in his dying days. Her expert care and unwavering compassion were deeply appreciated during a very difficult period for our family.

This clinic has cared for us through every stage of the life span, from pregnancy, our children's various pediatric and adolescent needs, our own various health issues, right through to helping with my elderly parents.

All the staff are welcoming and caring. I have no hesitation in recommending Bundoora Family Clinic to anyone who wants a doctor who is thorough, patient and caring. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough.
