Bun Bun Bakery reviews
69The place gets really busy at lunch time as they really fill their pork rolls. Good value for money with rolls on average $5.50.
1st time here today.effing great tasting roll! Grew up with ban mi on Vic St Richmond and super sad to say but this one is better! "I'll be back! "
Fresh and aromatic foods made right in front of you. Love their delicious Bhan Mi or Vietnamese rolls. Definately going back when I'm in the area.
This brings back memories, sometimes I'd get some banh mi for lunch at school if late. The food is delicious and made very swiftly. 5/5
Been coming here for over 1 year and they are more stingy nowadays with how much they put in the roll. Hit & miss depending on who makes the roll - once they also ran out of one of the meats & used another to substitute. The last time was the worst - the lady who served me was so rude & after asking twice if I could have extra coriander, she refused, saying “already in there” and waving me off. I’ve found another bakery that is better AND cheaper. So many places to choose from in Springvale, these people are getting rude and cocky. Won’t be coming back.
One of the best I've ever had. Flavour was fantastic, with all ingredients fresh. I would recommend this place to anyone. I had the chicken.
This place needs no introduction, its a pilgrimage for those who seeks the best Bahn Mi there is in continental Australia.
Best Roasted Pork / Lemongrass chicken Banh Mi I’ve ever had in my life! Had 2 sittings in one go, and it was after a 25min drive home. Can’t wait to go back!
Pro tip 1: Top up $1 more for a “Tiger Bun. ” It’s like a baguette that’s more textured and fuller instead of the usual airy bread
Pro tip 2: Inform them not to add the coriander when they’re adding in the veggies
Pro tip 3: Watch out for the chilli! Adds awesome flavour to the Banh Mi but it is spicy!
Pro tip 4: Don’t stop at 1: P
