Brunswick Tower Hotel reviews
56 Horrible place.
Internet is a disaster.
Terrible area. Full of " not nice people". Every single local critized me for booking this hotel.
Extremetely pricey for the quality of hotel.
Better hotels at better area and even cheaper.
"Make yourself ur best self gift"! Run away from here
Solid 3 star hotel. Nothing extraordinary but definitely nice enough. Pretty good location. Very good price. Friendly service.
Our plane was cancelled and this was the closest accommodation available at 10pm! Staff were very efficient to get us to our room. We had one queen size bed and two singles in our room. TV was wall mounted, which was great. Bathroom was very clean. Approx $25 Uber ride to the airport. Handy deposit box for keys, for early leavers
Friendly service, been staying here for a while and they have been very accommodating to us, and the pricing of the rooms have been really good, specially with the great location it is in. Jump on a tram out the front door or a train 3 min walk all heading into the city etc.
Average budget motel. Negative energy so any empathetic people is not advisable. Great for ghost Hunter's that want a thrill as there are Lot's of restless spirit's. Staff could smile more. But if you get the blonds hair Lady she is fantastic
Great location, however there are some improvements that can be done to improve guests stay. Creaking floor and doors. The rooms in ground floor did not feel safe as anyone could jump in from the side as the glass windows did it look very secure. Good value for money and safe tucked away carpark.
Staff were friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to secure an early check-in for which I am appreciative. Room size was adequate. Had the essentials, fridge, tea, coffee, hairdryer. The hot water was set very high nearly to the point of burning. Location is close to Moreland station and a tram stop so it's fairly convenient. Price was reasonable.
Service was great check in and out was very quick and smooth, no issues with the room was really quiet and peaceful.
The staff were amazing and so attentive, such a friendly bunch! Heads up: Hotel recently changed its name from 'Hotel Dolma', small warning that some of the old signage is still up - including directions for the car park!
Check in at reception firstly the staff were friendly, warm and efficient.
The rooms are well sized with great amenities. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom and shower quite large.
Great value for money.
I'll also add just how accommodating the management and frontline staff are. There is no request too complicated and they go the extra mile to ensure great customer service.
Awesome Japanese restaurant at the front of the hotel. Rooms fairly standard, fine for an overnight stay.
One of the most reasonably priced places with private bathroom. Basic and boring, but very clean. Decent mattress that offered a good night's sleep. Late check-out (11am) is nice. Friendly front desk staff.
Clean, affordable and off street parking is practical. Right in the centre of Brunswick.a short walk to Sydney rd
Neat and clean budget motel. Close to lots of restuarants and public transport. Lovely friendly staff. If you're looking for a bed for the night and dont want to pay much, this is the place! Secure locked gate parking. You get what you pay for
Not very good. Could not get air con to work then woke to no hot water. Had to wait about an hour before I could shower.
I stayed at the Dolma while my wife was having an operation in the John Fawkner hospital which is easy walking distance. I found it fantastic, the staff were amazing, they kept booking space open even over the busy Melbourne Grand prix weekend as I was not sure when I would be able to fly back to Tasmania. The room was nice, quiet, spacious and had a very nice bathroom, and very clean. The owner Alwin, , the booking staff, Mary Ellen, Sadat, and the lady who does the rooms Lorraine, were all so nice and helpful. There is great secure off road parking and I will always try and stay there when in Melbourne. Well done, and thanks for making my stay so easy in what was a very difficult time for us. Regards Rick and Gaynor.
