Brunswick Tower Hotel

I Stayed here for 6months during my stay i had a pleasant experience with all the staff who were wonderful, polite and accommodating to me. The location was perfect as work was only a 10- 15min drive. My room was large, clean and i had no bad experiences or encounters with other people.
I Thank all the staff for their warm hospitality and kindness during my stay and will recommend it to others also in the future. Arama Graham

This hotel was horrific, we booked 3 nights in advance & left after 1. The dust, dirt & smell made us feel unwell.

The staff really were as helpful as they could be, they aimed to help us but unfortunalty all the rooms were disgusting and we had to leave.

Terrible experience! Do not stay here! Had a booking for 2 nights and decided to cancel the second night and relocate due to the rude and absolutely disgusting customer service provided from staff and hotel manager! Had a major issue of several items missing from my room and was impossible to resolve with the rude non English speaking staff and hotel manager! Disgusting that it is open for business in the state it is currently running in! Do not stay here!

Run by a very through chap.who was efficient and firm.it was good.rooms are what you would pay and were very clean and tidy.a bit on the small side but comfortable.great cheap eats nearby.although once you get used to rhe funny axis door situation it was all fine.overhaul.excellent.

Basic room and bathroom that would benefit from a paint and good clean. Bring ear plugs because the walls are paper thin. Expected a bit more for the price in Brunswick.

The fire alarm went off 9: 32am in our hotel room for no reason for 10 seconds then turned off. We were sleeping. Also house keeping started cleaning other prooms before 9: 00am. When we asked them about it they denied house keeping were cleaning and blamed the room next door saying they may have burnt toast that's why the alarm went off.

Excellent place to spend a night with your family, very quiet and clean rooms.secure and ample parking. Very much budget friendly and location is great as well if you want to get to the Melbourne CBD. Tram stop just in front of the hotel and lots of eating places around it.

Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, lovely staff, spacious & clean room with all the amenities we needed. Couldn't beat it for the price.

So close to everything. The trams across the road and all up Sydney Rd and the train is less than five min away. Super close to lots of food outlets. The motels clean and quiet and the staff very friendly. Great budget accommodation.

Wow what a hidden gem. My priority in any accommodation is always cleanliness and this along with the location makes for a easy 4 star rating.

I only stayed the one evening.when they heard I was celebrating my birthday (while checking in) the staff were simply lovely, offering great local places to eat out. Will be staying again.

The room was pretty basic. It is an old building. But the bathroom looked newly renovated and the bed was clean and comfortable. The room was not very expensive. And reasonable price for what I received.

I booked for a few friends and I for a girls weekend. The service was great, and the gentleman who looked after us was very professional and personable. On arrival, we were given a free upgrade to a serviced apartment. The rooms were basic, but clean and had everything we needed, including comfy beds. Overall, great price, great rooms, great location, and great staff. I'll be back.

Great location! Walking to shops, cafe, restaurants, tram&train station, etc. Free WIFI, free secure parking, comfortable and clean room are value for money. Would stay there again.

Good customer service and straightforward online booking process. Very basic room reflective of the budget price - old school lock and key entry to doors, plastic cling wrap around the TV remote, dated facilities - but also clean. I will stay again if I am looking for budget accomodation in the area.

Not bad. Many locals. Government have put the price of a pint over $10 now but no fault of the publican

The place was filthy dirty and bed bug problems have been going on there for ages. When I booked the room they charged me $650: 00 and then asked for $100: 00 key deposit I expected better than what the had offered me. So now I'm riddled with bedbug' bedbug bites and now homeless cause I wrote a note complaining about it. Stuff em the only refund I got from the $750: 00 was $180: 00 and cause I lost the key they charged me harsher for it. $750 - $180 for 3 nights out of a week. Not cool. Not good at all.

I stayed for two nights, and then checked out prematurely on the third due to a bed bug infestation in my room, room 16, which left my body and face completely covered in bites. It's been five days since I stayed there and the bites are increasing in size and itchiness. I've had to undergo heat treatment for all of my belongings and luggage, which has resulted in some of the fabrics being destroyed. Until this place has proven they don't have bed bugs, I would highly recommend not staying as you will look like you've contracted a horrible disease from the extremity of bites.

Very centrally located, close to Melbourne city and close to Melbourne airport.every day room service. Neat and clean room. Professional customer service. We stayed in a one bedroom villa. We couldn't fault the service or what the apartment had to offer. As serviced apartments go, this ticks all the boxes. We also found it realistically priced in the Melbourne context. I recommend the The Asian restaurant on site, awesome food.
