I was very happy with the results. Ali did an amazing job throughout the whole process. My stress went away as soon as I walked inside. I definitely recommend Brighton Flooring. I will be coming again once my sister gets her keys to her new home.

What can I say. So they first did my house and what a prefect job they did.then I used them to do my flooring at my work, and would of never of know that it could of looked so good. Ail the owner is the most helpful and easiest person to do business with.if you need any flooring done I recommend using Brighton Flooring. Thank you team for everything.

My family was looking to organise flooring for their new home and we came across Brighton Flooring. We spoke to Ali and he was so lovely and helpful. Answering all our questions and concerns. They saw the job through from start to finish making sure we were happy with everything. A big plus as we have had past experiences elsewhere, where once they got our business they didn't care about the outcome.

Awaiting the job for weeks. Floor started because we suggested the deposit be refunded back to us. Afterward we noted damage to an adjoining floor and a storage unit we later replaced. The showroom introduction was positive but awaiting installation a nightmare of 3 cancellations, excuses and no-shows. A frustrating and anxious experience. Anon.

I was thoroughly impressed with the skills and knowledge the guys had at Brighton Flooring. My criteria and needs for my house was met right from the beginning. There was the right balance of professionalism as well as friendliness. Not only did they do their jobs correctly in an efficient manner, but it was their people skills that won me over. I will definitely be recommending family and friends.

You can tell a lot about a contractor by the way they handle things when they go wrong. We all understand that doing any work can end up with issues that arise. The difference between the good and the great contractors are how they handle the inevitable issues that arise.

Ultimately the finished product looks very nice, we're happy for it, months later but it took some work to get there.

The rating suffers due to some of the issues that arose that we felt could have been probably handled better. I would say that these guys need to work to refine their 'what we do when stuff goes wrong' tactics to ensure that it's a little bit less testing for their customers and that they're on the front foot with these issues rather than customers picking their work apart.

But, that being said - they put in the effort to get it right with a bit of prompting for us so we can't complain too much.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service, product & installation. Our new flooring for our Brighton investment property looks amazing & flawless.

The entire experience at Brighton Flooring Bentleigh was a positive one. The Managing Director – Ali was very helpful throughout the whole process. My partner and I had a certain outlook on our project and Ali was able to cater to our needs. We knew our specific needs were time consuming but we were met with positive assurance and even better results. In overall we were very pleased with the outcome. My partner and I will be coming back again for when our next personal project starts.

1. I do not recommend to do any business with these people. They talk very nicely only until you commit for an order.
2. Never disclose your credit card details to this shop sales people.
My experience with this shop.
They only want your money by hook or by crook. I paid a deposit of A$ 2000.00 after convincing us to by engineered flooring instead of our preferred hardwood flooring after bringing some sample (by two sales people) to our property around 6.00 pm in the dark (on a Thursday), as they didn't have samples in the shop. Order was placed at my project premises at the time and noted down my credit card details in the order form. We informed them we will need the delivery only after 4 - 6 weeks.
They went back to the shop and withdrew full amount from the credit card in the same night. Rang me around 7.30 pm and told me that the saleswoman did a small mistake. When I check my bank acct following day and noticed they have withdrawn full amount of A$ 6958.96 and requested immediate refund of unauthorised withdrawal. Also we decided to cancel the order and informed the sales person on Monday morning to cancel the order. I was told that they have already placed the order and will cost me A$2500.00 as restocking fee. I believe it is an utter lie as we wanted the delivery after 4 - 6 weeks.
As I didn't receive the refund, I had to report to my bank of unauthorised withdrawal and received only A$ 4458.96 back only on Thursday following week. I reported it to Consumer Affairs Vic and couldn't do anything to get my money back.
So you make your own mind whether to deal with them.
This is the true story and the shop owner cannot deny it.

They may show you premium grade samples at the shop and most probably deliver second grade product after you pay them the full amount, but by that time you cannot do anything once you pay them.

Service was amazing. Genuine French oak timber flooring. Bought some beautiful Italian tiles for my bathroom as well. Fantastic company to deal with, couldn't recommend more. Job well done boys!

I'm not happy with them they measured extra and when install timber most area is scratched and lots of extra charging to very very bad service

We are VERY PLEASED with the quality of the workmanship of Brighton Flooring. Initially we wanted to get the kitchen and lounge room floor done, but after seeing their distressed timber in matte finish and getting one of their staff to bring samples to our place and talk to us, we had the floor in the whole flat done. The new floor looks fantastic, feels great and makes the whole place look so much better. Brighton Flooring was reliable, easy to deal with, paid attention to detail and was always helpful. If we had any floors left to do, I would go back to them.

Great experience dealing with these guys from beginning to the end of the project. They offered great advice during the sales process and followed through with a great job at installation, on time as promised and delivered to a ver high standard.
