Brighton Flooring

We were very happy with the initial store visit and quote follow up. We love the floorboards and the team that installed the floorboards were great. We chose a more expensive wool carpet for the bedrooms. A few weeks after completion the carpet started seperating from the seal against the floor boards and along the sliding cupboards in the bedrooms. In following up with Brighton Flooring, they emailed to say that the seals are a C Channel and the carpet can't go under it as if I should know this. I recommended to Brighton Flooring not to sell people this type of carpet against floorboards with that type of strip. Maybe we were the first and they didn't know or carpet guys didn't do the job properly. Either way, their follow up after job completion and received full payment is poor. I would recommend not paying the 50% remainder until after completion.

Fantastic from start to finish. The woman over the phone was lovely and pleasant, which calmed me. Floors were done quickly and are beautiful. I highly recommend this company.

Ali was very thorough with his preliminary inspection of my 2 decade old bathroom layout. He suggested the right tiling and fixtures that really made my new renovated bathroom look as if it came out of a catalogue. Great Job! Definitely recommended!

Owner Ali is not to be trusted. There was lie upon lie.
He told another customer that his best tradesman had to pull out of that job due to heart attack. But he told me this tradesman was fine. He also rubbished a competing flooring company 2 doors down. He also made a pathetic excuse for not being able to turn up to my appointment for a quote: He said, the flooring samples might get wet? Funny because he told me the product was waterproof. Ha ha. Luckily I pulled out in time. Don't hand over the money.just run.

Oh yeah.at least one of these reviews is fake.

6 hours late on the first day of carpet installation and 2 hours late with the second day. No contact from them - I had to phone the Company Owner Ali
who was not at all helpful. They take your money upfront and do not care at all. Do not use them. WARNING!
