I had a great experience dealing with Brighton flooring, John was really helpful and easy to deal with. Our new French oak floors look beautiful and the quality is amazing. I would definitely use them again for any of my flooring needs.

We needed to get some renovations done fairly quickly and were referred by some freinds to Brighton Flooring and I'm so glad we went through with them. Ali came around to our place to measure the floors and was able to provide a quote for the laminate floors we were looking for within a few hours and able to book us in and had the job completed very quickly and to perfection, we were ecstatic with the end result. For a picky person I was very happy with the end results and not to mention the installers did an amazing job cleaning after themelves as well.

Buyers beware - Brighton Flooring can not be trusted!

Not one to usually leave a review, but my fiancé and I were left disappointed and deceived by Brighton Flooring!

We recently purchased ‘the last amount of an exclusive range” of carpet for two bedrooms. We were asked to pay the full amount within the next 48hrs to ensure that this stock would be ‘reserved for us’ (which we mistakenly did).

A few days prior to arranging the installation, a staff member came down to do a final measure. Given we had paid up front you can imagine how bitterly disappointed and enraged we were when they bought out a different sample piece of carpet saying “do you still like it.well it’s not the carpet you ordered, that is no longer available, but this one is the exact some colour just a higher weight” At first we thought this may be ok but wanted to check the carpet against what we purchased so went down to their shop unannounced. As we suspected the carpet they had tried to convince us was the same - was totally a different colour and quality! Steel Blue vs Light Brown fleck? !? !

They did try to rectify the issue by offering other carpet choices (only to the same value or lesser) however absolutely no genuine apology was ever offered other than “he who sold it to you must not have checked the stock levels correctly” (Remember we paid the full amount up front to ensure the carpet was locked away for us!)

The only positive out of this whole thing was they did provide a full refund (after we asked) and we took our money to one of their competitors and got a first class experience and finished job.with the carpet that we actually ordered!

I dont usually leave reviews unless i have had outstanding service and i thought that the team at Brighton flooring definitely deserved one. I had been in the process of renovating my bathrooms and after been messed around by a few other companies came across Brighton Flooring. The moment i walked into the showroom i was welcomed explained my situation and the team provided exceptional service and were not too pushy but really knew their stuff and guided me through to the right type of tile for my purpose unlike some of the other places i had visited. The follow up communication and service was also faultless and i can happily say the tiles are laid and look amazing. I will definitely be using Brighton Flooring again.

Had a terrible experience buying carpet from here. Carpet was overpriced and of low quality. The customer service was one of the worst I've experienced were the people there were extremely rude. Never buying from here again. Stay away from this place.

We recently had carpet and vinyl laid by the team at Brighton Flooring and were extremely happy with the service and workmanship. Ali was very patient with us while we looked around at other options and did an incredible job, answered all our questions and provided us with multiple options as well as samples to take home and show my partner which made it easier for us to decide. Have not had the best experience in dealing with them.

Response: To clarify on Brighton flooring's response, they wanted my subfloor to be level. It was flat within AS standards and tolerances. I've had other installers come in and check the tolerances and they were happy to do the install. Also, got a call from Brighton flooring after I left my review threatening me to take it down or otherwise I will have problems dealing with warranty issues in the future.

Brighton flooring recently did new laminate flooring for our living, kitchen and dining areas and we couldn’t be happier with the fantastic service we received throughout the process, not to mention the compliments we have received for our new floors. Ali and the team were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and understood our needs and provided us with a great outcome. It was a pleasure to deal with them, Thank you guys.

We received great service from the team at Brighton Flooring, Ali was very helpful bringing around samples and helping us choose and the installers did a wonderful tidy job with laying our new vinyl floors. Would highly recommend this team.

We have received very poor service from this place, paid deposit upfront- which was our genuine mistake. The product they offer is very bad quality, it looks nice and shiny for the first 6 months.please do your research before you commit to anything.best regards

We cannot recommend Ali and the team at Brighton Flooring highly enough!

After months of researching different floorboard finishes and flooring companies, we chose Ali - due to his professionalism and friendly manner not to mention the quality product he had on offer.

With no pressure he took his time in talking us through the process, suggesting layout options, materials, what to look out for with installation, educating us on the different glues and trims different places may use.

After the job was complete, Ali came over that evening to ensure the job was finished to our expectation and his standard.

Ali’s recommendations were spot - we could not be happier!

Very disappointed with their service, they are great at talking but very unprofessional people.

Seemed nice to begin with but turned out to be a nightmare to deal with. I would avoid these guys. Much better options around.
