I have never met Josh in person.
I only spoke to Josh through the phone few times.
Josh is such a lovely, friendly, patience, understanding & amazing plan manager.
I am so impressed with Josh amazing work performance & he always provides such a wonderful customer service, always respond my email immediately & assist me sort out all my enquiries in just few minutes time.
Josh even sent my son, Carlos a birthday card on his birthday & this mean so much to Carlos & me as we have never received a birthday card from our previous plan management for 2 years.

Registration with BPM was simple and fast within a dew hours. Reimbursements and payments are very simple with the email system and done in under 2 days. Information on what may be claimed is clear and helpful in a no fuss willing to please approach. This Plan Manager is highly recommended.
