Bright Plan Management

Bright plan has been managing my affairs for the past three years and from day one to this day bright plan has been very prompt in their services to me and it has only got better in the last six months. When I joined BP I was promised that my matters would be attended to within 4 days and they have not gone back on their word. These days I get reimbursed even sooner. I strongly recommend BP to anyone who wants their matters looked into efficiently promptly and above all to be treated not as a number.

Often hard to contact by phone but are always prompt to follow up. Account handling is done in a professional and timely manner making handling of your NDIS accounts and invoices easy. Heath and Josh are very friendly and will help as best they can.

When I became part of the NDIS I decided I wanted my funds to be Plan Managed, I did my homework and I came across Bright Plan Management. After talking to Josh and reading about the company I decided they were the people to manage my funds. I am more than happy with Bright Plan Management, my contact is Heath and he is always willing to assist me.
I have not had any complaints from my caregivers regarding late payments, so I highly recommend Josh and his team.

I had a so called Plan Management service before Bright and they were truly awful in every sense. Bright are 180 degrees the other way. The answer the phone quickly, are competent, friendly, helpful and creative. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a PMS as everything you could wish for. Monthly statements that are easy to read, informative and well put together. I couldn't fault Bright.

Bright plan management staff are very helpful friendly and efficient have never had any issues The accounts get paid and they even sent a birthday card to my daughter for her birthday which was lively. Would highly recommend them to manage your ndis funding.

It has been a really good working relationship although I’ve been scared to look at my emails including yours. It’s now I’m seeing that it’s easy to look at where my money is being spent. But would like to meet Heath with my current advocate and support worker Sofy.

Pays providers quickly. My son's NDIS providers have commented on how quickly Bright Plan put their payments through. (By the way, we live in Queensland, it has in no way mattered that Bright Plan are based in Melbourne. I would recommend them wherever you are based)

Josh and his team are great people at brightplan they respond quickly to any emails that I my have I strongly recommend them.

I've been with Bright Plan Management for a couple of years now and I'm really happy in the service I have been given.
Any questions I asks is treated with respect as we all know not everybody knows everything. I am comfortable in asking, knowing I will get an answer back
