Whilst we haven’t been with brightplan that long so far so good, they pay within 2-3 days, theirs always someone you can email and communicate with.

Bright have been a pleasure to be with. They promptly each month give me a report of how my NDIS budget is going, and my carers report that they are very promptly paid when their invoices are presented.

Amazing company! These guys are so quick and helpful!
We were with a previous company ndsp or something and Bright Plan Management outshines them in every single aspect. No longer do we have to wait 4+ weeks for a simple question to be answered. Such a relief.

What can I say! …Just a fantastic company to deal with. Any issue that has arose has been dealt with swiftly and courteously. All my providers are paid on time or well before. Communication has now become so much better I actually enjoy talking to them (much to their annoyance haha).

The fact I use a VIC company when I’m situated in SA shows how easy they are to deal with, even interstate.

So if you want a reliable, professional, empathetic plan management recommendation. It’s 100% Bright Plan Management. And a special thanks to Amanda M for all her assistance.

Holly mother…. Hands down the best plan management company. We have been with 7 other different ones since 2018-2019 till 7months ago and I can’t explain to you how frustrated I was at the 7. The main problem was the payment turnaround time. I even lost a speech therapist because she couldn’t wait 15working business days to receive her money for her service. And trust me I completely agree. The worst is when you need a reimbursement. You would realise that some companies want self managed clients (who would want to wait that long to be paid)
so I did i went on to self managed and found it hard to keep up with… requesting the money, waiting 1-2 day then remember to transfer the money to the relevant therapist then file the invoice ect, ect. Until I had enough. I have so much on my plate my 6 year old sees, dose and visits so many places that I couldn’t keep up. I became the 15 business days payout myself. So I stared to search again. And all the other companies told me 7wbd, 15wbd 28wbd until I found bright plan they said MAX 48hours. I asked them if this is in the contract they said yes. As long as you exclude public holidays, invoice missing info/problem with invoice or extra approval needed from NDIS for special equipment in my case podiatry shoes. I have been with them for 7months now and I’m still in shock every time I receive my reimbursement in 48hours. Our OT has commented that it’s the most quickest paying company and loves working with them. I wanted to give a big thank you and shout out to the amazing people who work in accounts/invoices they must be so hard at it with their job that I can’t imagine them going out to lunch on time. I wish I new all their names to thank them one by one. Also wanted to thank Ashleigh Williams our Cordinator that has replied to my many emails and always got back to me whenever I left a msg. She’s a delight to work with. Bright plan thank you for making it easy on us mums/parents/carers that just need the load to be taken off, and have a somewhat of a respite.

Beautiful customer service, everyone I have spoken to has been lovely. And they are so fast with paying invoices and reimbursement. I have not experienced any issues with Bright and I love knowing I can call them at any point to ask questions.

I would highly recommend Bright Plan Management as they are quick to pay never had an issue with these guys and they are quick to resolve any payment issues they are very friendly and very helpful

Bright Plan Management has been fantastic! After the initial headache of navigating the NDIS, finding Bright made life so much easier for us because now I can just focus on ensuring my child has the right supports in place and Bright takes care of the financial aspect. Highly recommend!

After dealing with another plan manager for 5 years. We changed to Bright Plan management. The change over was smooth and our Service providers are now happy they are paid promptly.
