Botticelli Ristorante

I love this place. I've been here several times before, but not in a long while, and it's great to see that they've expanded (taken the store that was next door and made their interior much bigger).

Today the service was impeccable, and the food also. I started with the Caprese Salad, and it was SO heavenly. It was beautifully presented and it was possibly one of the very best I've ever had anywhere. The mozzarella was massive and it was sitting in a pesto foam which was sooooo tasty. I had one piece of the garlic bread that others at the table ordered, and man, that was phenomenal. The best garlic bread I've tried ever. Then for the main course I had a Salmone Gnocchi (that was actually originally penne, but they kindly made changes) which was so good. Dessert (which I only ordered so I didn't feel left out as everyone else ordered.) was the crepes filled with vanilla ice cream in a mandarin liquor with mandarin segments.

If you're wanting a beautiful meal out - be it lunch or dinner - you can't go past Botticelli. It is such a great experience and there's a lot to choose from on the menu and it's all reasonably priced for the quality. I very highly recommend it here.

Probably the worst Italian food in Brighton and the quality is especially atrocious for such a pricy restaurant - eggplant parmigiana was oily and gross, eggplant completely drenched in Napoli sauce and there was barely any eggplant. Shellfish in the seafood linguini had gone off. When we complained, the manager insisted that everyone loves the seafood and freshly supplied daily, despite the fact that my date threw up after eating the shellfish. Highly recommend anyone looking for quality Italian food to look elsewhere, perhaps the ones on Bay St.

Our meals were delicious and generous in proportion, served by efficient and friendly attentive staff.
We will definitely dine at this restaurant again.

Delicious and authentic Italian in a wonderful atmosphere. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. We don't live nearby but definitely worth the drive. Ignore the negative reviews!

NOT COVID SAFE MOST STAFF NOT WEARING MASKS OR HAD THEM UNDER CHIN. Waited to be greeted Slow service, we waited and waited for orders to be taken. We had to ask for the specials list. Passable stuffed pumpkin pasta was meant to have a sage butter sauce. What came was a very salty, gluey, garlicky, creamy sauce with an overwhelming amount of woody dried sage in it. When you look through the menu they have about 3 sauces and just vary how they use them. HOPE you all love garlic folks because that what they use too much of. Dessert OK and then waited for our Bill and eventually had to ask for it.

As usual, our meals were of a very good standard, I has veal sorrentino and the sauce was excellent and the veal tender, the two steaks were cooked as requested and also very flavorful and tender

Martin was very nice and gentle to us. Owner was accommodating to help us choose our dishes. Would love to be back! Very nice restaurant decoration, staff and meals!

Had dinner tonight at Botticelli Ristorante, newly renovated, fresh looks. Very busy and fast paced, yet amazing service. Very well looked after by the staff and chefs alike. Delicious Italian flavours. Steak was cooked to perfection, gnocchi was amazing and tiramisu topped it all up. Had a great night, will definitely be back, highly recommend.

Staff very attentive and happy to serve meals at 9.30pm Christmas eve. Barramundi oven cooked with a drizzle of balsamic and olive oil on pumpkin and spinach, extremely good.

The owner was exceptional, very friendly. Bruschetta stracciatella so buffalo was better than I ever had. Will come back. Highly recommended.

Good food. I thought it was on the pricier side for size and quality of pasta dishes. The egg plant dish that my partner had was particularly small.

Have been coming here regularly for over 10 years and never disappoints. Consistently fresh with great personal service.
