My wife loved it here. She came back to the hotel feeling awesome. One of the best spa places she's been to.

Had the best experience with Sophie yesterday who did an amazing job with my Derby day make up. She was lovely, positive, and made me feel at ease through the whole session! Would highly recommend

Visited the spa yesterday - had a fabulous massage with Meagan.

But l had to write this review as it was spoilt with the noise coming from outside the room - the members off staff chatting and laughing - it felt they were all in the room with me. The music in the room was lovely and calming but all l could hear was laughing and chatting - the spa was not busy l think l was the only one there. Should a shame as Meagan was amazing.

One more small thing there was no where to hang your clothes up - had to place them in a basket under the chair which was very strange for a top end spa attached to The Intercontinental.

Botanica is my local spa and they look after me amazingly well. I've had waxing, massages and manicures and pedicures and they have all been outstanding. You leave relaxed and happy, can't recommend them enough.

A calm and peaceful oasis in the city. Lovely staff. Enjoyed a massage here during our stay at the Intercontinental. Could have been improved by finishing off with hot, wet towels to remove the oils from our bodies.

Quite possibly, in fact it was the best experience we have ever had. Staff are exceptional, friendly, clearly very skilled, atomosphere, location was truly 10/10. We feel a million dollars so thank you and we will see you again.

Me and my cousin went to have a relaxing day at the spa however we never made appointment we just went and we was welcome even without the appointment because we didnt have knowledge of this rule the whole experience was great the people the staff even the owner was very welcoming even without the appointment i had a great facial and magnificent message im very happy with experiene i had at this spa i will be back soon!

Botanica Day Spa is most definitely a 5 star experience. From the beautifully decorated surroundings, plush waiting room with tea and the latest magazines to the friendly therapists who are always on time and happy to accommodate any need. Their hair removal process is clean, fast discreet. I highly recommend making Botanica your regular spa for any/all beauty treatments.

I'm so glad I found Botanica Day Spa. The facial treatments are so relaxing and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I always feel completely refreshed when I leave this beautiful spa.

Professional staff and great ambience. My facial and hot stone massage were the best I have ever had. Would definitely recommend this spa.

Highly recommend to those staying at the Intercontinental! My body and mind are feeling so much better thanks to the relaxing yet remedial massage from Botanica yesterday.

I was advised by a friend to try Botanica Day Spa. As a performance coach my body is under constant stress from training. I now have a weekly 90 minute deep tissue massage to revitalise my body and relax. Highly recommend Botanica!
