This 90-minute stress release spa experience was a pure blessing for my birthday! I felt like I was getting spoiled and relaxed all the way through! Mia was gentle, mindful and absolutely amazing, I’m pretty sure I was in good hands with her!

Very professional with customer service. Comfortable massage table. Massage therapist was very good “Julia”. Explain issues that she noticed that I need attention too for future. Don’t felt rushed at any point. Booking was a breeze. Highly recommend.

Massage was fine but not worth how much I paid for a couples massage. I made it incredibly clear and was reassured that my partners pressure needs would be met in his therapeutic massage but we both had to ask the therapist for more pressure multiple times. The spa itself is beautiful but not worth the price.

Talked through my needs and areas to focus on. Julia was superb, working out my tension spots without causing pain. Excellent atmosphere. Thoroughly recommend.

Had a very relaxing massage experience at Botanica today. My therapist Julia was very professional, the massage pressure was perfect and adjusted to my particular needs. My husband said the same of his massage with Chiara. In addition to an excellent massage, there was no distracting noise from people walking through the corridor or people talking, which I find happens regularly elsewhere and can really take away from the experience. Highly recommended.

I booked in for the 4-hour Royal Botanica Signature Spa Journey on Saturday 18 Jun 22. It was absolute pure bliss. A perfect way to spend the weekend being pampered from head to toe. Julia my therapist was amazing, professional, and brilliant at her job. Made me feel so relaxed and wonderful the entire time. From the dry scrub, body wrap, massage to the facial it was heavenly and the Elemis product range left my skin glowing. If you have an chance to enjoy such a sensational treat I would highly recommend.

Booked a double Muscle Melt massage for the BFF and I, it was an amazing experience and I highly recommend the 90 minute massage…. First time I truly relaxed fully in a spa session. That extra 30 minutes made all the difference. The booking process was easy, staff were lovely, and the session itself was all we could have hoped for

Megan and May took us through the couple's hot stone massage journey. From the initial booking with Sue, through to our departure we had a wonderful experience. Our individual needs were accommodated, and we left in a state of bliss! Highly recommended

We had the pleasure of attending the couples package (massage/facials) over the weekend & we had the most delightful morning. There was tranquility from the moment we walked in & greeted with a smile. The beds were comfy & heated to perfection. The cozy blankets on top were heavenly. The staff were well trained & attentive to us both. We left feeling very relaxed yet refreshed.

The Destress package I had was exactly that. 90 minutes of a perfect massage followed by a 30 minute facial. The ambiance, music and environment was soothing and May, who administered my treatments was just as soothing. She had the perfect pressure for the massage and was very sweet and pleasant. Just a heads up, the spa does not have showers but the lotion used was not oily and didn’t really require rinsing. Parking in the hotel is not included with treatments. Nevertheless the hotel and spa were lovely and everyone I interacted with was helpful and kind. A very pleasant experience.

Delighted with the professional approach on my consultant (Karina?) who gave me a facial. She explained everything before she started and really left me free to enjoy the experience. She didn t chatter - but left me free to be most peaceful & relaxed

Such a welcoming, helpful and friendly team. Very unpretentious despite being in an upscale hotel. Rebecca did an amazing Hot Stone Massage and Deep Tissue massage for us, and was very thorough to make sure all of our needs were met. Thanks Botanica for a really lovely experience.

O m g! This place is amazing! It's rare to find a place that give you a day spa experience in the middle of the city. Megan was sensational. I loved the deep tissue massage which was both firm and also deeply relaxing.

Tip: if you get a wellness package of 4 X 60 min massages for $450 it ends up being $113 per massage instead of $165. You save a lot!

Ask for meagan, her back massages are legit so good. The facial was so-so. They didn't dim down the lights during the massage either. Overall I felt so so so SO calm and energised after the massage. Highly recommend visiting!

Megan is the perfect therapist, her voice so calming, her hands strong and gentle and never any judgement!

My wife and I both had massages and my wife also had a facial. A very welcoming and calming space with excellent service. We will definitely come back next time we visit Melbourne.
