My experience at Botanica Wellness Spa was fantastic! My therapist, Megan was extremely gentle, welcoming and instantly made me feel comfortable. The staff who greeted me were so lovely! I will definitely be returning.:)

I attended Botanica Wellness Spa last night and had a great massage appointment with Meagen. She was very knowledgeable, provided excellent recommendations and made me feel at ease and comfortable. It was definitely one of the best massages I have ever had. Thank you!

After being greeted and escorted to the waiting area by Sophie and receiving a complimentary bottled refreshment a short time later I would meet one of their elite heath and beauty therapists. A pre-organised online form and check- in made moving onto my Botanica journey a smooth and fluid transition.

Upon meeting with Rebecca my personal Beauty specialist and skin consultant we engaged in a thorough conversation that helped guide and informed me on my specific needs. I felt instantly at ease comfortable and reassured that my selected ‘PURE INDULGENCE’ package would be beneficial and most Tailored to me.

My full body massage and facial using only the most prestigious range of products was utterly transcendent and sublimely bespoke with understanding on adjusting to my areas of sensitivity and body contours I was not only in the healing hands of Excellence but was being guided by the heart of knowledge and compassion that Rebecca and the whole Botanica establishment believe in and for my two hour treatment that day I felt very much a part of that assembly.

I have discovered in its purest form a haven of relaxation and escapism an epicentre of skin and Heath wellness normally reserved for the Privileged few is now available for all who want to invest in their bodies and invoke their enhanced selves.

Amazing massage and amazing staff. The best day spa I've been to. My partner and I had the couples deep tissue massage and left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The care and attention to detail throughout made it a complete experience. Would highly recommend these guys!

We really enjoyed our massage at Botanica Day Spa over the weekend.
From the moment we walked in the door, we instantly felt more relaxed. I received the 1 hour deep tissue massage as a gift. From the beautiful packaging that the gift certificate was in, to the aftercare notes sent after our session - everything was spot-on.

I had Rebecca as my masseuse, and she was magnificent. I felt very relaxed – and am now planning to return on a monthly basis for some self-care.

The staff are lovely and professional, however, they are let down by the products and the venue.

The spa is difficult to find, I had to call them from the street to ask them where they were located and how to get inside. While I was waiting in reception, another customer had to do the same. Perhaps a text message on the morning of the appointment with instructions would make this easier, or a sign on the street.

The products used are highly perfumed with artificial fragrance - it's quite suffocating and gave me a headache. I had to ask the person giving me the massage if they had a different product and she agreed and commented that she didn't realise this particular massage oil would be so strong and highly perfumed. Although even the products in the toilet were highly perfumed so I suspect a lot of their products are. She was delightful and changed products quickly. I feel they need to give you the option of products before they start.

I was expecting a CBD day spa experience like the Langham, Crown or other popular retreat style day spas. I felt the experience lacked a lounge area to relax & change, an opportunity for a shower, or even a cup of herbal tea. I'm disappointed to say that this is really more of a massage room in a beauty clinic rather, than a wellness spa. If there are other facilities within the clinic, I wasn't given the option to use them.

The staff were very pleasant and professional, and the clinic was clean and tidy, which is why I have given 2 stars. It is a fine venue if you just want a massage, but not if your expectation is a spa experience.

Had such an amazing experience at this spa with my fiancé. Just what we needed! The staff were so lovely and attentive and the treatment was incredible. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an inner city escape in Melbourne CBD. Thank you Botanica team.

Had a couples massage. Both masseuses were excellent. It was a warm, calm environment, and very welcoming.

My wife and I had a brilliant experience. Such a nice and relaxing place, super friendly and the 60 min massage was simply brilliant. Meagan was was awesome, really knows her stuff.the massage was 10 /10.only problem was we only chose 60 mins. Next time we'll go longer, only because it was so good.

Bought a voucher for my wife for Valentine’s Day and it expired during the pandemic as my wife was obviously not going to go. She asked for an extension to go at a later date and they declined her request, they are taking advantage of the situation at hand and My wife and all her friends will not be going back to them again. Very very poor and rude service.

Very disappointed. Many shortfalls compared to Hyatt and Langham. Some include: very close quarters where there was no place to change or bathrooms and for lockers, during the massage I kept hearing foot steps doors opening and closing and people talking. We where not asked if we liked any scents in particular. They stopped the massage at 60min and didn’t even know that I had ordered the 75min massage with the foot massage. Lady kept exhaling loudly and I could feel her breath on my skin. I also paid for the spa and pool $40 per person and we walked into a very tight room with a full tiny jacuzzi and very loud atmosphere, not a relaxing environment. The one and only shower in there would not lock from the inside! Very out dated. Expected a lot more from this establishment. I won’t be coming back.

I can’t recommend Botanica day spa enough and the welcoming and friendly staff make it a great place to be. I’ve been using Elemis skincare now for over 12 months, recommended by Botanica day spa staff and it’s the best thing I’ve ever put on my skin. I feel very looked after as a customer and definitely a very happy returning customer.

The best experience and facial I have had yet! I am a facial addict and attend a lot of day spas in Australia and around the world and I have to say that the facial at Botanica blew me away, it really felt customised to my needs and the staff seem to be extremely knowledgeable around skin and how to achieve my goals. I have now purchased a course of facials at Botanica and can’t wait to keep seeing my skin results, thank you ladies!

So if are looking for a spa place with a friendly staff then consider this place. The atmosphere is also very relaxing. Highly recommended!

Amazing spa. High quality services, nice decor and really helpful and friendly staff who went above and beyond to help my partner and I get an appointment for a couples massage during our short stay at the Intercontinental. Definitely would recommend!

I have been going to Botanica Day Spa for years. The beauty therapists are of the highest quality I have come across in Melbourne (and even Australia), and they continue to improve and expand on their offerings. Myself and a few colleagues came in to try their make-up services before we attended a formal industry event. From start to finish, it was a royal experience. We had a private room all to ourselves and each of us had beautiful make-up done that was exactly what we asked for, with a glass of bubbles in hand! We are already booked in again for an event next week! Highly recommend this experience or any service at Botanica Day Spa.

I'm giving it a 2 only because the woman who greeted me and completed my massage and facial was glorious.

I called to book an appointment upon first moving to Melbourne, but didn't confirm the appointment with payment because I wasn't sure if I'd be able to make it. I ended up not being able to make it or cancel the UNCONFIRMED appointment in time, but they ended up searching my name and canceling a gift voucher I had. I didn't know this when I went to actually book and confirm my the appointment I could make. When I finally did make an appointment and receive lovely services I went to pay some of it with the gift voucher I had, but it had already been redeemed without my knowledge. I never provided a gift voucher number so I'm not sure how they hunted it down, but I find that ridiculous. If I don't book and confirm an appointment with a method of payment, you shouldn't be legally allowed to FIND A SOURCE OF PAYMENT for the appointment I never confirmed.

It gets better.

So I call to talk to the Director, Sophie, about this situation. She is understanding and explains she can't issue a refund for the services I received but she will re-issue the gift voucher for use until July 2019. I called to make an appointment a couple months later and - no gift voucher and Sophie is unavailable. Needless to say, my first spa experience in Australia was awful and I won't be returning. Lovely Services, Poor Customer Service!

Wow.what an amazing 5 star spa experience my partner and I received on the weekend. We will be back and recommend this spa to all our friends.
