Boost Juice

Was transferring money to order and male staff was being rude. I was standing on the side and was not obstructing other's order. Such a such and not nice experience.

Fresh juices are really nice. It’s great how you can make your own drink apart from choosing what’s on the menu. Though the variety is great

Beware of an immoral, uneducated, poorly educated, offensively impolite, ill-mannered, and overweight English staff member who is ready to shout at you whenever he wants to regardless of who you are and how regular you visit the shop

I stood at the counter waiting to be served. Cause of the three girls working two were at the back chatting. When she finally noticed me, she looked away and kept talking to her friend. When they finished the conversation she came to take my order. She kept touching her hair which was in a bun.

Friendly, fast service and surprisingly good smoothies. I love the Weekend Warrior and the new, all vegan Power Plant Protein. The flavour balance is good and size is decent for the price - especially if you get a drink with protein. Hate that the cups are not eco friendly but at least Boost offers paper straws now.

Good range of choices but extremely slow. Came in on a Monday afternoon with only one girl taking orders and one other girl making the drinks with 20 people in line. Could be much better.

To tell you the truth there should be more Boost Juice across australia they the most healthiest and yummiest drinks i have ever tasted and its not fair that different parts of australia in all states dont get a chance to enjoy these juices i think they should open more of them exspecially in tasmania as you can only get them in hobart thats hours to travel to get them i think they should have one in devonport and launceston as more customers to have more access

Great service here. (Pretty sure they can read my mind, because I end up with what I want, even when I mess up the order!)

I always create my own with coconut water as a base, blueberry, dates, spinach and mango, they always serve quickly even when a long line and always serve well even after pressure with the amount of customers they get in such a central area

The best place to detoxify yourself and feel fresh. There are so many variants you can order and you can order your own choice of fruits and toppings as well

Standard boost juice, the staff were certainly more interested in chatting then getting a juice made quickly.

I was served by Terry today and his customer service was second to none. He managed to turn the usually mundane task of ordering a drink into an experience. It really was the best customer service I've recieved in a long time and I think he deserves that recognition.
He also helped us find where we needed to go (something I'm sure the staff get asked often and could I'd imagine get annoying) but he seemed more than happy to help. Great service, nice and clean store with affordable and good juices; what more could you want.

Got served by a staff named Rachel (Melbourne Central) whowswore that I gave her only $3 when in fact I gave her $6. So poor service and she showed me anger instead of service. I was with my 12-year old who saw me give her $6! She kept saying "I swear to God! ".

Always orderred on the app without issue until mitch started working there. Never checks app orders and I end up waiting. Very frustrating on a busy day. It's a simple job, so it right or dont do it at all.

I asked for a strawberry drink with a high protein content which was not available on the menu but they still made it and nailed it!

Music quite loud. Best part was when they made extra accidentally and gave me a large from medium for free
