Boost Juice reviews
60Very bad customer service. Waited for the juice almost 40 minutes when it was supposed to take 20 minutes. The male staff member was rude and talked back to the customer. Very disrespectful!
Probably the worst boost in Melbourne. Wait times will be underestimated and if you order on the app they will be grossly underestimated. Watch the counter like a Hawk or someone will take your drink and staff won't verify the owner of your order before it's gone and you are back to waiting a further 20+ mins for your drink. Overall it's a fail for a boost store. There is a perfectly good juice bar just inside MC up one level.
Awful service, 4x people working and only 1 making smoothies? Three other 3 folding in the back? They stuffed up 2 orders while I was there before messing up mine too. It was not busy, get it together
Other than all boost juice places being quite overpriced, I received great, fast service. The self serving screen was super easy to use and really made ordering easy. I went at about noon on a Tuesday so the queue was not long, and the staff then were very efficient.
The worst and slowest service. No one knows what they doing, they can't even multi-task. 1 order takes 15 mins to finish and serve.
The brown hair girl with a nose piercing who works on Wednesday was super rude to all customers. She kept telling everyone to leave if they can't wait.
The worst customer service of all Boosts. They made me felt like I bothered them. Soo not friendly at all. Not recommended.
New manager seems overhyped… i love good employees communication and vibes but also needs to show professionalism.
Also I don’t understand how one can stand around when shop is busy.
Lovely staff, helped me with my order while I was experiencing trouble when ordering via the app.the strawberry bang is as good as usual!
Me and my friends ending up waiting for about 30 minutes for our drinks. As I drank mine I noticed there was small bits of plastic in my drink that looked like hair at first.
Slow service, the staff weren't even making any drinks for about 5/10 minutes. Both times I have been there it has been an extremely delayed experience.
Great juice and smoothies options. Takes a little long to get my drink, even with no one else there at that moment!
Super long wait times. Staff are always unhappy and service is slow and sloppy. When you order (after being ignored and waiting forever to be served) they always give you a negative follow up like "oh the wait is over 10mins today" or "oh we're closing but I'll do you a favor this once". If I didn't have to go on the regular for my manager I would avoid this place at all costs. If this were my business I'd be horrified.
Since covid started the staff have become very slow and often have wait times of over 25 minutes and about 20 customers waiting clogging up the foot path.
Also ingredients such as vanilla yogurt which is a staple for most drinks have been out of stock the last two times I’ve been, if they are going to charge $8.80 for a drink at least have the ingredients to make it and not have a massive wait time.
Have more staff and ingredients thanks
Friendly, amazing staff and quick service. The staff was very helpful in regards to explaining the drinks options as there a few ingredients that I have never tried. The lady went over and beyond where she recommended a drink which was delicious.
Website said they close at 9pm on Thursdays, so we drove to go there tonight. Got there at 8: 35pm, and they’ve already packed up and don’t want to serve because they’ve cleaned. We could have gone to any other place boost had we known but there wasn’t enough time left. This isn’t good enough.
It's a standard Boost Juice. Don't know why others are expecting something different. It does what it does at the level it does it. No different or more special than all the other Boost Juice joints around town.
I have been going to this boost for years and now have noticed the past 6 months the quality has really dropped. The drinks are very watered down and are over blended. The drinks are not as good as the other boosts around Melbourne. Many of the staff seem to be just slack. I love boost but would not recommend the Melbourne central boost!
This was my first time at this Boost shop and the staff was very nice. My Mango smoothie was done very well.
Have been past a few times recently in hopes to get a juice but there is one staff member that does not wear a mask whilst serving customers. The way he acted it seemed as if he was the manager. Really concerning especially in such a populated area where masks indoors are mandatory.
Juices are great - but really disappointing to see plastic straws still being offered to customers, particularly when they have such high quality paper straws. Get rid of plastic all together, or don’t offer it unless the customer specifically asks for it. I gave that feedback to the lady serving and asked if she could please suggest to her manager, to which she said “we don’t get to make those decisions and he doesn’t either”. Pretty disappointing from such a great Melbourne company.
