Boost Juice

I tried to use the kiosk at Boost Melbourne Central, but it wouldn't work, so I snapped a picture of my order and showed it to the staff. My order was all customized, but she rang everything up as extras and I got hit with an extra $5 charge. When I pointed it out, they told me I added extras. I showed them the pictures again, pointed out that extras are listed as 'additionals' on their system. But nope, she wouldn't have it, and just told me I should've been clearer earlier on.

What makes me really frustrated is that they don’t clearly understand how the kiosks work. When I told them that “changed ingredients” were just “ingredients, ” not “extras, ” they defensively insisted they were “extras. ” When I showed the other photo, they shifted the blame to me that” I didn’t specify earlier. ” No customer deserves this kind of dismissive service.

They just don't get how their own system works and instead of trying to sort it out, they blamed me. I get that everyone's human and we all have off days, but the attitude was too much. They didn't even try to fix it, just wanted me out of there, saying they didn't have time to deal with it. Well, if you don't have time for customers, why work here at all?

Had the best experienced the on Friday at Melbourne central store, served by Maddison she very quick and and very delightful to have a chat to, the store was under the pump and she still made multi tasking look so effortless!

Need more staffs here. More than 30 cups waiting, only 3 staffs in there including the order taker.

It’s crazy to realise that Boost has literally been around for 20 years. Happy to report the mango magic has withstood the test of time- yum

Lady with blonde hair in pigtails was rude when we asked to add oreos to a drink. “Yeah, half an oreo” she scoffed, and there were bits of bright blue plastic in the drink. The other staff member with short hair was lovely, however.

Really dissapointed that the store refused to take a $50 note stating that its their policy not to accept notes that large. They then charged a card surcharge when I needed to use my card. Poor girl that was behind the counter was extremely apologetic. She should never have been put in that situation.

20 minutes later the manager has the nerve to say to me she can’t get it rite your not going to like it so I asked for a refund staff very unprofessional service stay away from this place

Worst service at a boost juice I’ve ever experienced. It shouldn’t take 3 staff to make 1 juice at a time, and all staff actively ignore you if you’re at the counter waiting to order.

Yesterday a man with long curly hair served me and he was super nice to me even when he had to wait for me to count all my coins. My Boost juice was also super good and one of the best Boost Juice's I have ever had!

The service is too slow and most importantly the employees have a bad attitude towards their customers.

Two sip gaurantee but if you ever claim you it, the staff will grease you off and be annoyed at your request. Nice.

Everytime I come here, the staff wouldn't take my order at the register. What's the point of having a register if you want all customers to use the kiosk instead of the register. I just dont appreciate waiting for say 3-5 mins to then be told to use the kiosk. This has happened at least 4 times already. Sometimes the kiosk doesn't even work for me.

8th nov 2022: Fake blonde hair girl with really bad attitude couldn't be bothered looking for my order when I asked for a check after 20 minutes of waiting.

Asked again around 30 minute mark and turns out it was in front of her when I asked the first time. No apology when queried the first time, just turns her back and walks away mid conversation and simply says "I don't care". This person has a massive attitude problem. Prior to this she walked around on her phone drinking a juice while customers waited. In this time another customer who had a problem with her bad attitude came and spoke to me - I wasn't the only one.

Get rid of this employee. The staff working there don't deserve it, neither do the customers whose time she is wasting and disrespecting.

Excellent taste always. Fresh. My favorite thing to have every day. The waiting time is bit annoying but it worth the wait. The stuff are friendly and the place is good. I come here always with friends and there is a wide variety of options to have from tropical to juice to smoothes and more. Never miss the experience of having a wonderful taste in your mouth and feel fresh. The price is good it would be better if was a bit cheaper. But i will always go there and have my usual magic mango.

The workers are way too slow and many are hanging around at the back rather than serving customers. The ones at the front did not scan my boost app properly. The ones pouring the drinks are the slowest and they were chewing gum while doing work. After they have poured the drink into the cup, they poured it back into the juicer which isn't very professional.

No wonder the ratings here are so low, spoiled staffs who prepare my orders on Thursday for up to half an hour even they weren't even busy! And the whole time heckling without any apologies!

4: 30pm waited 5min to be served with a tall lady sitting on the ground in front of the fridge doing a inventory of the fridge. (I understand is important) however No acknowledgment of the line of customers waiting to be served and other 2 staff running trying to fill orders.

It's a ridiculous wait time and the staff has an attitude especially the grey hair girl. She gets mad when someone won't use the kiosk machine to order like bruh it's your job. People these days are really getting used to machines taking over everything.

The girl with a nose piercing with a very short grey hair is super rude, she has no manners. On wednesday i was picking up my order and she was blaming like i was stealing the juice. I will never come back to boost juice melbourne central ever! Thats the worst service ever!

This Kiosk can get crazy busy during meal times and also fairly busy all other times haha so expect longer wait times if you order here

My cup had some larger bits of ice that blocked the straw. Maybe it could be blended better.
