Such a luxurious, chic, calm and relaxing look and feel to the place. It was such an enjoyable and pleasant experience, and my masseuse Alyssa was so lovely and I had a really great massage.

My facial was absolutely the most relaxing way to end the week. The therapist put me at ease from the start, genuinely seemed to care that I enjoyed myself, and did a wonderful job. My skin was practically glowing.

Great service, attentive staff and plus size friendly! I had a great experience and would recommend. The room was nice and warm and the super easy to get via tram.

Second time here for my pregnancy massage. Futon was so comfortable and the room was cosy n warm. One of the best Massage I’ve had.

Absolutely wonderful! I felt very well cared for and incredibly relaxed throughout and after the entire treatment. Being 35weeks pregnant I was quite nervous about how my body would react but all my worries were for nothing.

Tatar was absolutely amazing, giving me the most relaxing pregnancy massage experience. She was very thorough in treating my specific needs all whilst making me feel calm and relaxed. Beyond Brilliant Naphak is OMG beyond brilliant like a healer. I’ve been coming here for ages I have massages and sometimes The Melt which is without doubt thee most amazing treatment on the planet. Highly recommend.

One of the most wonderful places I've been to for a massage. The use of doonas as the blanket is divine.

Just had The Melt 2 hour session with Ally as my therapist and it was an amazing experience. She has great hands and the time went so fast and when the session finished I felt wonderful. Hopefully I’ll be able to do this all again, highly recommend!

I couldn’t recommend this spa anymore highly. Today was my third visit and the experience from start to finish is exceptional each time. Jenna is absolutely incredible, highly recommend her treatments, left feeling so relaxed. All the staff are fabulous. Can’t wait for my next visit. Thanks!

This was genuinely transcendent. Ella was my masseuse/hands from a higher power. A-mazing. First I thought it was just the glass of champs I had during the foot massage but no. It just got better and better, I think I blacked out for a moment.
You must experience this in your life time.

Never NEVER Never buy a voucher from here. What a waste of money. I was given this voucher for my Birthday and told it was the best place for a pregnancy massage. What a waste of money. I can't believe you won't refund or reschedule or work with your customers. After we have waited over a year to use this special voucher i never got to experience the pregnancy massage, and had to wait for months to book in for an appointment. I finally got an appointment when it wasn't convenient for me as they had no appointments available that worked for a mum of two. Then scheduled one three months later. To have the dreaded phone call of a missed appointment today and being told no refund can be given. Just wasted $140 and my birthday present. In times like these this is how you treat your customers. Absolutely terrible. I still can't believe this just happend.

Will definitely vouch for Jasmine (she's always booked out). She was so patient to find out my knots and massage the stress out of me. I tried The Melt package which also involved a facial and scrub. Our session began with a thorough chat about where I felt the most strain and how we'd work upon. The session lasted for two hours, the most relaxed I've ever felt. Jasmine also gave me a few tips to manage stress and explained how connected the mind is to the body. All in all a very therapeutic experience.

NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER! Never buy a voucher from Body Freedom! I have been trying to book a massage for almost a year. Lately they canceled my reservation due to a lack of staff. I asked for a refund as I was so tired of waiting but they refused to refund me due to their inflexible cancellation policy. They are so inflexible and lack empathy! No sympathy at all! Definitely go somewhere else.
Just LOOK AT ALL THE BAD REVIEWS THEY HAVE! Worst customer experience of my life.

This place manages to both demand payment before rendering a service and has a cancellation policy so inflexible they tell pregnant women to find a 'backup buddy' in case a late cancelation is needed. Might not be illegal but certainly seemed at least morally repugnant to my wife and all the other 1 star reviewers. Just the kind of relaxing experience you ask for from a spa!

I went to this place for the first time after I did a research and read some reviews. I booked a Mum to be package and it was such a beautiful experience. I loved every second of it and I said I’ll leave review and come back after I give birth. The lady that did my massage and facial was beautiful with blue eyes and I think her name was Jen or something similar. Amazing place and atmosphere. I’ll be coming back.

After phoning twice for an appointment and only getting a recorded message i booked through the online page. I received an email advising i could be accommodated for my massage, giving the time and date and asked to pay through online payment. After my work meeting about an hour later, i went online and put in my card details but thought i would try one more time to phone with card details and was then told that there was not a booking set aside for me at all and would i like to make another time! I felt very let down and disappointed as I really needed the massage and I honestly think that there was probably never a time available you just wanted my card details so i would have to book another day.

I can’t vouch for this place enough! Honestly, I’ve been coming here since my second trimester, if not every second, every third week! The pregnancy massage on the futon is what every woman needs to experience (and I can guarantee you’ll be back time and time again), their pregnancy massage is everything you want. I like my massages quite firm and almost remedial, this is that for me. I’m a big massage person and have had several pregnancy massages from various places and Body Freedom is by far the best ️. All the staff are also very lovely and welcoming. I can’t wait to try the new mum massage after I have our baby:)!
