Body Freedom Spa and Clinic is not like other day spa’s. The ambience as soon as you walk in makes you relax, my therapist was Kim, she was amazing with the deep tissue massage and made me fully relax with the facial. Will definitely be booking in again

I pay so much attention to detail, from the decor, the lighting, the special touches, the staff and even to how trauma informed the therapist seems in creating ease and safety for the client. And I honesty thought that everything was amazing. I had a 75 minutes hot stone massage and it was absolute bliss. Thank you!

Amazing pregnancy treatment. I felt rested and at ease throughout the massage and facial. The lovely staff member who took care of me was helpful, skilled and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely be recommending to my friends! Especially mums to be! Also I absolutely loved the interior/decor of the place.felt very luxurious!

I had the futon remedial pregnancy massage with May, she was actually sensational.
I was so comfortable and she did the exact strength that my body needed. I had been cramping a lot and she new exactly where more pressure was needed to get out many knots I had been carrying for a while. I left feeling so much better and relaxed!

First time here…May was excellent…felt it was very much a personalised service and not just one size fits all…they were also very in tune to my body, knowing exactly when to go softly and when some solid pressure was needed. Will definitely be booking another time with May soon.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience recently… Unfortunately, I was unable to attend my scheduled appointment due to the sudden death of a family member on the day of my appointment which meant I had to travel on the day of my appointment to attend to family matters. I contacted reception as soon as I could to inform them of my situation and kindly requested to use my payment towards a future appointment. The pre- payment for treatment was $150. However, I was met with an extremely unhelpful and unsympathetic response from the lady on the phone. Despite explaining my circumstances, the salon insisted that they had a strict no-refund policy and that my payment could not be used towards a future appointment. I was shocked and appalled by their lack of compassion and understanding during such a difficult time. As mentioned, the treatment I had booked was priced at $150. I am also getting married in a few months and this salon has been a special treat for myself in preparation of my wedding. It was very upsetting from the staff, whom showed no empathy towards the passing of a close loved one and frustrating to think that this spa prioritizes their profit over the well-being of their clients. I understand the importance of running a business, but it's disappointing to see that they're willing to disregard the emotional distress of their clients.

I haven't had a caring and mindful massage like that since my early thirties. So around 30 years of chasing the magic of an Elwood therapist I once had.
The atmosphere of calm, with slow ambient music choice really helped.
The beauty and warmth of the retreat; the comforting doona; all made an impression. Olivia was exceptional. Thoughtful, tranquil and dedicated to giving a great massage. Olivia was 'present' and attentive to what my body had to tell her.
I was able to let go and relax to a deep level.
Will recommend to family and friends.
