They are cheaters. I was assured that bobjane tyres will last at least 80k kms. Now its hardly 29k kms and tyres are worn out. I spent $400 just 5 months ago on new tyres and its over now. What is the purpose of spending so much on bobjane tyres when you can get the same life from used tyres or new tyres at much cheaper price.

Very impressed with the service and advice. Went in wanting a set of BF Goodriches for my Pajero, but was recommended to go with the Perelli's instead. Not only did it save me $500, I am so happy with the performance of them too. Definitely recommend this place, now that I've found an honest and experienced place for tyres and service, won't be going anywhere else.

Been going to Bob Jane Dandenong for a number of years. Good, honest service and always done quickly with great attention to detail.

As I was waiting to be served, a particular staff member was condescending to 2 customers, making them wrong about their choices. He then proceeded to do the same to me, and continuously cut me off in mid conversation. He then said the puncher meant replacing the tire for $500. I went to another tire dealer, they fixed it and guaranteed it for $50.

Called in for a puncture repair, but needed 4 new tyres. 4 x new tyres, balanced and a wheel alignment al done in 45 mins

Bad management and poor employees attitude I got abused and Sworn at. As i was standing behind the yellow line In the safty zone watching my wifes car getting tires on the same guy who abused me was revving a comtomers car and riding the clutch trying to run me and my wife over. My wife got very scared.when they changed the tires over I notice the employer ripped the paint off the rim so i reported it to the manager about the employers abusing me and what he called me. The manager said hes very HOT HEADED and i apologized i asked what about the paint on the rim and they denied it.before any of this happen i was a pedders suspension across the road and my rims where perfect untill bob jane dandenong touch my wifes car.

Guys here are great. Good service and they will beat any price. Even threw in free nitrogen as a repeat customer. I had to order thevtyres and they arrives exactly at the time they said and the whole job with a 4 wheel alignment only took 90 min. You get free coffee if you want to wait.

Pricing was was competitive and service was was great.no complaints there. However did a hack job on my new rims when fitting my new tyres. They covered it up by putting some black coloured sealer over the top.

Absolute champion customer service friendly staff and great workers who all work their guts out! Good on you guys youre all much appreciated! Neil the manager needs a payrise he is the most respectable and professional manager I have ever come across every single time I go into the shop he goes above and beyond to help and always with a smile the bloke doesnt get a chance to fart he is that busy! Every time I see him he is helping multiple people at once and always with great knowlege and respect.

Great staff great service always pretty busy so if you need to come down always book ahead. Great brand tyers and wheels. So if you need tyers or rims this is the place to go. I know i will be back.

Known this store since l was 18. Puncture repaired and was cheap at half price due to purchasing tyres there. Nice surprise.
