Really really really good customer service. From the time I phoned to the time I drove away I was incredibly happy with the service here. I thought I needed a new tyre, but they were able to repair the tyre (which saved me money). They also checked and cleaned all other tyres and estimated when I would need to get them replaced. Prices are competitive, staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and I will be more than happy to return to this store.

Made an online enquiry, got a prompt response from Gary. Gave me the best deal and got 4 tyres fitted the same day. It's been a long time since I have seen such professional and excellent service. Highly recommended this place.

The team at dandenong where absolutely fantastic.having a bad day with a puncture and needing new tyres. I told them what i was looking for (Agressive all terrain) and they found me an awesome set of tyres that come with warranty, had the tyres there that day and fitted me in to install with wheel alignment for a great price.my bad day turned into a great day and there attitude was amazing.turns out i drove over a tyre valve and is quite a funny story.the team are great for a laugh and cannot recommend higher.

Staff here has no knowledge or skills whatsoever.

After alignment and balancing asked them if there is any excessive or uneven wear on tyres which might be the reason for vibration and noise, they said nothing wrong

Went to other mechanic who actually showed me that one of tyres is cupped

Almost sold my vehicle because I thought the noise or vibration must be coming from engine.

Dont go to this bob jane guys

They fitted me in and did a great job. They were busy on the day. It took nearly 3 hours to get my wheels aligned and balanced. Thanks for fitting me in.

Perfect experience at this store, saved my Ford Falcons wheel by doing a walk in puncture repair in the afternoon.
Gary is an excellent customer service and retail assistant.

Just got a new Best Favourite.
By chance contacted Bob Jane T-Marts Dandenong, with a wheel problem with parts missing. Spoke to Neil who turned out to be Manager. Explained my problems. Neil was very friendly and helpful. Told me to bring car in when I desired and he would find a way to solve the problem. Told me it might take a while but if I was prepared to wait he would deal with the problem. I took him up on the offer and a hour after my arrival, to my surprise said car ready problem solved. Cost to me very cheap. He also suggested that the 4 wheels should be balanced after the repair.
A few weeks later I rang to book in for the wheel balance. Again he said Just come in when you can and I will look after you. Which he did at a small cost. During both of my visits of about an hour each I could hear Neil dealing with various customers and realised that I had not been receiving some special treatment as all customers were receiving the identical treatment from Neil. I also noted the relationship that the customers had with Neil and was impressed. As I was leaving I had to tell Neil that I was impressed with his management style and had also noted his staff that I saw and spoke to also displayed similar traits to Neil. I have decided to put Bob Jane T-Marts Dandenong, with Neil as manager up into my first place favourite. I will now use this business as my first point of call for my wife’s and my vehicles. Congratulations to Neil and Team for their business standards and friendly manners.

I have a 15 tear old Ford Falcon that had a serious vibration issue, when travelling on freeways. I took it two different tyre stores previously and neither of them could solve the problems. Then I decided to try Neil and the team at Bob Jane Dandenong. These guys are awesome. They are one of the only tyre shops that can balance yours wheels and tyres under load. Brad the technician talked me through how they were able to solve all of the vibration issues that other shops simply couldn't fix. I've got to say, this guy seriously knows what he's talking about. Always polite, always well mannered with speedy and amazing service. My car has never handled so well. Highly recommended.

Amazing service. My tire blew up and they were able to squeeze me in straight away, do a great deal on new tires and gave me expert advice to avoid that situation in the future. Life savers, honestly!

Went here after we got a flat tyre from recommendation of our service place. RACV said tyre can be fixed and still have 10K kms lifespan. Bob jane said.tyre can't be fixed and need new tyre, provided me with a quote of $238 each. Went to a place near where we live. Tyre fixed for $35 the person stated exactly the same as RACV, tyre lifespan still around 10K kms. Got quote for the new tyre for $185 each. I know where I go when I need to change my tyres.

Absolutely phenomenal service! Especially for someone like me who was clueless about car stuff in general, they manage to explain to me in such clear and easy details different things I need to know about my car; while also helping me find an absolute steal of a deal!

Why do you charge people for services they never asked for? Nitrogen filling tyres ffs and wheel alignment. Cost me over $100 extra for something I didn't want, and I seriously doubt they did the alignment either. Took 2.5 hours to change over tyres, seriously? Also don't appreciate the way you mislead people into thinking you don't have cheaper tyre options, when you do. A set of tyres shouldn't set someone back $1200, unless they come with some rims. Save yourself some money and go ultratune instead.

Best price and customer service.price might be forgotten but will never forget the way how professionally and honestly neil served me for changing 4 tyres and wheel alignment. Would highly recommend this tyre center.
