Pretty sure it was Neil who helped me out today. He was super easy to get on with, kept the cost down for me and was very well prepared to help me out with my tires and wheel alignment. The whole thing was done within an hour and a half and picking the car back up was a super easy process. I definitely recommend this place, not only for the pricing but even more so for the great quality of service. Thanks Neil!

Been here twice in a span of 3 weeks came back as they charged and didnt fix up my alignment but charged me, went bak thinking they wouldnt charge me for sth they shouldve done right the first time. Charged $175 for alignment incl balancing, i was happy to pay for balancing as they didnt do that 3 weeks ago but getting charged agen for alignment? When I got the car back it felt very out of alignment so called and took it back agen this time didnt get charged but was told apparently this is how my awd Insignia drive, cheap tyre are contributing to it pulling to the left. I have just taken my car to Amberley wheel alignment they fixed my car up for $85 and it drives perfect even on the cheap tyres. Please dont give out misleading information to customers who come for help to you guys.

Excellent service from everybody here. The turn around time for installation on some rims/tyres I ordered was unbelievable. Highly recommend.

There’s better places to go, I went there for a puncture repair and didn’t feel welcome there, the bloke basically told me to move my car when there was no where else to move it to they made me feel like I’d done something wrong by parking out the front and he didn’t even discuss price he just said move the car and will get round to it so I just went to ttf across road and was served immediately without any fuss

These guys are literally thieves. Went in as car was having a warning ro check tyre pressure. The guy said there is a nail and cannot be repaired and have to order new tyre for $400. I said I need to think and he said he cannot guarantee when they can get a tyre if not ordered today. Felt bit suspicious went to another tyre shop repaired for$35 and with life time gurantee. POSTING HERE to make sure NO ONE CAN BE CON and please avoid these guys for minor repairs unless you want a new tyre and want to pay for it. Very bad experience

Dropped by after work last Friday before the long weekend & the boys from Bob Jane T Mart were awesome! They were professional, prompt, & unbelievably courteous. All I came in for was to repair a rear puncture. The service was impeccable & my customer experience A+. As promised I shall be returning for a complete 4 tyre upgrade. I hear the Michelin Pilot S 4 are the go! Thank you again Lads.

Ordered 4 new Michelin tyres with $100 cash back that was advertised on line and left the car in the morning but in afternoon received a call that tyres I ordered are not suitable for my car and was offered very different brand and of course more expensive tyres instead. I refused and went next day to Bob Jane few kms down the road and had fitted same Michelin tyres with no problem or questions ask. Maybe just coincidence but I feel disappointed as Dandenong Bob Jane was my preferred tyre centre for quite few years so I feel they tried to make few extra $$$ and in process wasted my time. Fitting service in past they provided I have nothing to complain but pay attention as looks like they will try to get more money then necessary out of your pocket.

I am a very easy going friendly customer who researches before buying anything. My family was always with bob jane so I did too. So this honest review is about my experience at the BoB jane DANDENONG STORE. The positive thing is its very convenient location, super fast service by the workers. For a quick punch repair or alignment, this shop is totally fine. Recommended.
BUT If you are going to buy EXPENSIVE tyres or wheels, do your research.
If you are after a price match you can not have it from this store. The owner in this store honestly does not get what is price match is about. His name is Neil. Very arrogant person. When I confronted him politely with the facts he got super mad as I proved he was wrong. He even called the Narre warren store and talked to that staff harshly In front of me. Also, he referred me to them as " pain in the A**". VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I knew he was ripping me off as I have already spoken to Narre warren and Springvale stores and also bob jane's official FB page before I went to that store. I would have left that store very moment but unluckily my tyres were already out of the vehicle by that moment. Another customer I met in the waiting area saw the whole drama and he said to me the way Neil act is very unpleasant and unacceptable.
My dear friends Learn from my mistake. AVOID DANDENONG STORE.

Highly recommend FOUNTAIN GATE BON JANE store if you are planning on spending money on four tyres. They know what is price match means. Will give you a good service. I CAN CONFIRM IT because I have been to that store recently and bought the same tyres and wheels for my brother's 4x4 and the difference in the service is far more positive and cheaper.

Highly recommend Bob Jane Dandenong. I gave them a call last minute and they managed to fit me in within the hour, I waited around and took an hour and a half to change and balance all 4 of my tyres, pricing is pretty good too.

As others have said, these guys are bad. For starters they told me to take the car to my mechanic to do a job they should have easily handled on the strut (loosen two bolts!) so they can finish their job. My mechanic looked at me in disbelief and told me to get a refund as '. They don't obviously know what they are doing'.

Now I've discovered they have twisted up a steering rack boot through their wheel alignment. Avoid these people. Took my other car to MyCar Dandenong. Those guys were fantastic.

I have recently had new tyres fitted to my off road trailer. The rim offset on my trailer was wrong and the branch Manager went out of his way to source the correct off set rims and tyres and had them fitted while we waited.
I highly recommend Bob Jane T Marts Dandenong for their excellent customer service and attention to detail.

This place is not a place you ever want to go to, they will rip you off especially if you get a nail in your tyre. They will always tell you you need a new one when the repair should only cost you $20-$30. Stay away for your own good.

This morning I was booked into The Tyre Factory in Dandenong at 8am (I had a booking) to have 2 front tyres replaced. I showed up and saw a sign to not enter and their desk bench was right up near the front sliding doors so I waited outside (to do the right thing during a lockdown). Workers came and not one asked if I needed assistance. I said “excuse me” twice to the same guy and got ignored both times. 20 minutes later, I called Bob Jane T-marts who were directly across the road. I asked if they happened to be available and told them my dilemma. “Come on over” the man said. So I did. Not only did I get greeted as soon as I pulled up, these guys were friendly, fast and efficient and I got a great deal on 4 tyres, wheel alignment and balance and I couldn’t be happier. They even tested my battery and explained what my old tyres were like regarding alignment and were clear and detailed. You guys ROCK. Thank you so much for your assistance at the last minute today. Your loss The Tyre Factory!
