Would highly recommend Blind Concepts. This is my second dealing with the company. First time ordering curtains and blinds though. Rob, Tom and the staff in the showroom could not have been more helpful. I am impressed by their attention to detail and the finish has far exceeded my expectations. I absolutely love my curtains. They even took the old curtains and tracks away. Will definitely use Blind Concepts again.

Shopped around and found blinds concepts. Great little blinds shop that offer the usual brands of blinds materials, with great customer service. Very quick turn around, highly recommended. 4 stars instead of 5 as the workmanship in cutting of the material in the roller blinds can be improved.

I moved into my new home about 18 months ago.
Window Coverings are obviously such an important feature in any house. A friend recommended Blind Concepts to me and I never looked back.
They new exactly what my vision was and also recommended options to suit my budget.

Had huge problems with my electric blinds. Called them - happily no call centre! - a lovely lady put me on to Ralph. Rather than simply booking a time to repair, he went out of his way to explain matters over the phone so that I could fix it myself. Friendly, courteous, professional and helpful. Note I called a number of others with 1300 numbers whom still have not called me back. Hoping for some more problems so that I can pay Concept Blinds! Many thanks guys!

Cord lock on one of our Venetian blinds just fell apart, and trying to locate a replacement part for DIY fix proved to be very frustrating, even with the might of Internet. Then we discovered Blind Concepts. We paid them visit in their new premises at 53 Scoresby Rd, and luckily, we took the broken blind with us. For a very reasonable price we got both the replacement part AND its professional installation as well. It was obvious that the team was not yet fully settled in their new 'home', yet we were served promptly and in a friendly manner, and we left with our problem fixed in just a few minutes. Now I know where to go with my blinds' problems in the future.
