We replaced the fabric of our awning and chose Blind Concepts as they were prompt with their reply and most of all very competitive with their price. Everyone we dealt with displayed utmost professionalism, highly recommend.

We are very happy with the service and products provided by Blind Concepts! Unfortunately we had our measure and quote performed a week prior to lockdown and had to wait weeks for our installation, however the company kept in touch with us and made contact as soon as they could return and prioritised our install. All staff were very friendly and made me feel like a part of their little family. Our new blinds look amazing and are of very high quality!

Over time our blinds have warped, frayed and the chain has broken on one. Really unsure how this happens. I was happy with the install, but over time the quality hasn’t been great.

I recently had a front bay window canvas awnings reclothed. The team at Blind Concepts were very professional and made the entire process very smooth and easy. It was also very economical to have the awnings reclothed instead of total replacement. I definitely recommend Blind Concepts and will be happy to do business with them in the future.

Blind Concept was very quick to respond to our quote inquiry submitted online. They are very friendly, accommodating and professional. Being an interstate investor, they made the process very smooth. I have already received compliments from my agent and the defect inspector who just happens to see my new blinds on how great they look. In comparison to the default supplier appointed by the builder I am very pleased I went with Blind Concept, they were onsite tailoring to my apartment needs and brought along alot of samples vs 'here's what you get please ask no questions attitude'. Together we made the best decision for my apartment. Blinds is such an important feature of the space, I would not cheap out. Its liking being stuck with a bad hair lol. Highly pleased with Rob, who is very patient and Debbie who really takes the time to listen to your needs. I highly recommend them.

I wish I could post more stars! After searching interstate for awnings to match the existing colour we purchased for our home 15 years ago from a major blind company (with no luck) the brilliant team at Blind Concepts Australia in Bayswater - less than 20 mins from home- covered our remaining six windows with THE perfect fabric match!
The initial appointment with Lisa, who quickly tracked down a match to our ‘discontinued’ colour- with measure & quote man Rob making knowledgeable, expert suggestions to keep us on budget (re clothing an older existing blind, rather than replace the whole unit), collaborating with Deb and the eye for detail professionalism of the install guys.

After using Blind Concepts for my indoor blinds in 2017, they were my first call when I wanted exterior blinds.

Yesterday I had two motorised exterior blinds fitted and am extremely happy with firstly Rob's excellent customer service, any enquiries were replied to in a prompt and professional manner.

He was extremely helpful as were installers Aaron and Jake, who did a fab job, pleasant to have around and cleaned up.

Rob was amazing when it came to our blind installation. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and was always eager and quick to reply to my questions. He was tremendously helpful when it came to finding the write type of blinds for our home.

When the installer came around to fit in the blinds, he was quick to point out that one of the blinds was cut slightly on an angle. This was done without me having to notice it myself, and he then organised a new install for that window which came a few days later. I respect honest tradesmanship like that a lot.

I feel comfortable and very happy with my blind installation with Blind Concepts, and would not hesitate to choose them again in the future.

It started with a replacement external shade blind over a year ago
Progressed to three windows being fitted with twin roller blinds. The Windows were trapozideal and Blind Concepts wouldn't stop until they were perfect.
This week they installed new vertical drapes and they are awesome.
