I used Blind Concepts for my home and just now used them for our church. Good efficient service and can recommend them. Everything went well and they disposed of the rubbish.

We finally decided on a Verosol blind for our bedroom. Discovered that Blind Concepts could supply and install them. We were very happy with their approach. The measure and quote was smooth and efficient [ok, we knew what we wanted:) ]; we were informed of the delivery timeline (3 weeks) ; they gave us the opportunity to install a day earlier; and installation was smooth and efficient. Very happy. Would use them again!

I ordered blinds and shutters. The service and the product were both excellent. Blind Concepts were easy to deal with.

Highly recommend Blind Concepts. They provided excellent service and we are very happy with both our internal blinds and external awnings, and it was certainly not an easy job. One of the external awnings was motorised and above a garage on an uneven driveway, and most of the internal blinds were on skylights on a 45 degree angle, but nothing was too much trouble for the team. A big thank you to Robyn, for organising everything and keeping us informed, to Rob for the measuring and assisting us with fabrics and colours, and to Aaron for the fitting of all the blinds. He was absolutely fantastic and really delivered a professional service without any fuss. Thank you also to Jake and the others for assisting with the external awning. Blind Concepts were a one stop shop, and they never missed an appointment and were always punctual.

I've used Blind Concepts four times now & wouldn't go anywhere else. I've bought both shutters & blinds & am thrilled with them all. Robyn in the office is unfailingly helpful with arranging appointments & has kept me up to date throughout each process so I never feel like I've been forgotten. Rob is a pleasure to deal with & knows his job inside out so he has given me some excellent advice. Alan who measures & installs the shutters is a pure professional & a very nice man to boot. They're a terrific team who clearly care about their work & strive to provide the best product every time.
