Recently attending a wedding at the bleakhouse and was impressed with Toby's service and professionalism. He looked after everyone the whole night! Will definitely be back:)

We had our engagement party 26 Jan in your courtyard. I wanted to say a big thanks and congrats to the team for making our day so special! Great platters, wine and super, friendly staff. The courtyard area was perfect on a summer's day!

Great pub for a lazy chilled drink opposite the beach. Nice large opening doors that let in the ocean breeze.

Fantastic place where the staff go above and beyond. They all deserve a raise for bringing patrons back in. We travelled from Springvale just for a cocktail!

Much better after the revamp and good to have a pub in Albert Park that looks over the beach. “All day” Friday oysters are actually ‘until sold out’ which seems to happen well and truly before 6pm on a Friday and as a local pub it should be a criminal act to not have a classic Parma.plenty to like and worth a look.

The steak was great but I felt ripped off paying $4 for hot water with 2 thin slices of lemon. We ordered a side which we were hoping to enjoy while our steaks were hot. It didn’t come with our steaks as we hoped and they went cold. We were very hungry and forced ourselves to wait for the side which after asking 2 different waitresses and 1 waiter we were finally told it wasn’t put through. We decided to cancel the side but the waiter suggested we wait a little more. We said he could give it to someone else, because we had almost finished our steaks and we’d then only be eating the side on its own. He then offered it to us at no charge. The $4 hot water charge left a bad impression of this place. All could have been handled much better.

A beautiful space, great wine list and tasty food!

Unfortunately, the floor staff were not overly helpful clearing our table last night, We had a party/table of 9 and buying plenty of beverages and snacks and we had to clear our glasses and wine coolers at least 4 times ourselves. Our second ploughman board came out with no cheese! Staff were not very friendly, grateful or accomodating which dampened our night and experience.

Pretty average pub food. Nothing special. Almost too pricey for what it is. Great service and location!

A fabulous find on a long walk from the city. Wonderful food, a good wine list and knowledgeable/friendly staff.

Very few coeliac friendly options and no GF beers. Friendly and attentive staff. Would recommend if you don’t have strict dietary requirements
