My experience yesterday, was fantastic.
It was my birthday and the staff was incredibly kind, helpful and caring.

I had a fun time.
Everyone of us loved their food, I had the chorizo burger and it was fantastic but hey I’m glad I didn’t eat many jalapeños it was pretty
The cheese plater my friend got was amazing.
The strawberry milkshake cocktail was really good,
There were a few cocktails which we didn’t quite like but tastes are different- someone will love a sour bitter cocktail ️
The atmosphere is fantastic I really love it, reminds me a little bit of home (Germany)

I definitely will come back with my friends

What an experience! The old style building exterior adds charm to to the experience and you get inside and they offer you tasting of all their products both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. There merchandise and products are well displayed and reasonably priced. You can then go for a meal (and again drinks) which is very nice. Then we ventured down to the ‘Speak Easy; down stairs… Very well themed, relaxed atmosphere with a range of food and beverages.

The staff are friendly, informative and engaging.

If you are in the Beechworth area take the time to go for a visit to this iconic Brewery and enjoy not only the products but the experience that they offer with it.

Absolutely amazing service. Fun atmosphere. Gorgeous dining & drinking spaces. A must visit spot if you are in the "Albury Wodonga & Surrounds" area

If you are in the area Billson's should be on your 'To Do' list.
We discovered some of their range of cordials at Rutherglen Information Centre and decided we had to see what else they did.

They do a coffee liqueur that you wont be able to resist.

Some truly unusual cordial flavors - like fairy floss and turkish delight.
We bought Turkish Delight and Spiced Apple - really nice.
The coffee liqueur is amazeballs - try it ;-)

We LOVEEEEEE Billsons. We have been so many times - we first discovered it when it was Murry Vally Brewery and then saw the transition as it became billsons, dined as it's evolved and always walk away boxed of cordials to mix to our desire at home. Love the old carriage museum although we didn't go that far this weekend. Food was lovely, staff beyond fabulous even the young guy training was so pleasant. We will return to billsons any time we can and will continue to order online from afair in the mean time. The team have done such a wonderful job with the changes cannot wait for what's next (accommodation maybe) also.some of your cordials will make excellent gelato - lime coconut perhaps

What an amazing venue. Gins, cordials and beers all made on site in an 1865 Brewery. Great food and staff too. Worth a visit.

I haven't even tasted my delivery yet but this company is definitely 10 out of 10. Gareth was amazing today after I had trouble with the stupid courier up here in Qld.
Can't wait to taste my drinks and know I will love them and be a permanent buyer

Cannot recommend visiting Billson's Brewery enough, what a beautiful building and great products for sale in their shop. The helpful and friendly staff were so great to deal with they were happy to have a chat and talk us through all the delicious cordials. I wish we had time to sit and have a meal.next time!

Last night was the second time we've visited Billson's for dinner, and after last night's experience, it will be the only place we eat when visiting Beechworth.
Not only is the food and drinks amazing, but the service is the best myself and my partner have ever personally received. Thank you Sam for not only going above and beyond for us, but also making our visit memorable.

While visiting my aunty and cousins in Beechworth, they suggested we check out Billson's. Cordial samples for the kids, alcoholic samples for the grown-ups, sold!
Billson's is very aesthetically pleasing, the drinks are yummy, but the biggest stand out is the service. It was a beautiful afternoon on school holidays, so the place was buzzing. Even though the 2 guys behind the samples bar were getting thrashed, their level of service was outstanding. While waiting in line I mentioned to my aunty that I would like to try the alcoholic ginger beer, and by the time I got to the bar there were 2 samples there waiting for us.
Next time I come to visit, we'll definitly be booking a table and trying out their food menu!

Very authentic place to visit staff is lovely and so helpful had such a wonderful experience there. Definitely going to come back also got to sample and buy some of there cordial loved it ️️

Absouloutly stunning brewery. Such a variety of beverages for all ranges making this the perfect educational family outing. The staff are phenomenal, laid back and eager to assist. Check out there hidden speakeasy the pianist really sets the mood. A great job all around guys

Superb service, the young guys passion was infectious and made the experience all the better! Got a good swag of beverages sorted.

Unfortunately my visit was quite rushed due to having to get back on the freeway. But the time I did spend there was fantastic. Great layout with an interesting insight into the history and current operations of the brewery. Enjoyed watching the canning process. The carriage museum in the backyard is certainly worth a look in.

The friendly staff compliment the beautiful products on offer. The ladies in the front shop are more than happy to help with taste testing and have a great knowledge of the business and it’s products. Walked away with two boxes of beautiful cordials, beer and soft drinks. Meaning the enjoyment of this visit will last for a long time to come.

Amazing place, super friendly staff, really interesting history on show and lots to do as well as great option of drinks for everyone. Kids loved the cordial tasting and I loved the beers.

Speakeasy bar in the basement of Billson’s Brewery is a triumph. Relaxing and stylish way to spend an afternoon enjoying their delicious range of drinks, with friendly staff and live music. Loving it!

This is the place to go in Beechworth for a trip into the past. It’s really nice in here. Take your time having a look through. Because it’s not only cordial there are pies, sandwiches, cakes tea and coffee. It’s new and it going to be awesome when finally done. I’m definitely going back. I want to win that game of chest. Guys you can even have your hair cut here to. Weather your a group, couple or solo go and check out Billsons Brewery Beechworth

The Billson Brewery
This a good location for a beer or two. It has a quaint bar with great decor. The museum is well worth a look it’s small with a lot of historical artifacts to do with the sites brewing history.
