Amazing place with amazing staff. So fun for kids to taste all the cordials, and great food. The staff today made my daughter’s birthday so special - thank you!

Went there on Saturday with 6 friends had a table booked for 2pm so we got there early for there tasting, all amazing then it came to 2pm and we got told it be another 30mins ok so we wait but only till be taken to our table and waited another 45min for even a drink or anything but nothing so the next time we seen a staff member was when we walked out. Very disappointed.

What can I say buy wow
Super friendly staff, unlimited tasting of all products and the merch is just the best will definitely rlbe returning very soon

This was on track to be a 5 star review. We came for lunch and had a fantastic experience.service was amazing, the food was so tasty, the vibe great and probably the best espresso martinis ever! Followed lunch with a short gin and vodka tasting.wow what a great range and the lady serving us was lovely. Deciding we'd come back for another espresso martini in the speakeasy later in the day before closing time we asked the lady serving us, who said we should get there for before 4.45pm. So after a wander around beautiful Beechworth, we came back to Bilsons at 4.35pm only to be told by the lady with red hair who seemed to be managing the bar/restaurant that last drinks were 4.30pm. I mentioned we'd been told 4.45pm by one of Bilsons staff earlier, her response was "well I'm telling you now". Wow.so rude and so condescending!

Maybe she was having a bad day, but it really is a shame because until then we'd experienced such wonderful service at Bilsons. Suggest you advertise (and tell all your staff) when last drinks are to prevent the muck around we experienced. And to the person who "was telling us now". I hope you're having a better day.

Sensational visit. All the staff where fantastic and super helpful. We went on the tour which was super informative. And the food there was also 10/10

Enjoyoyable experience in a pleasant setting. With many zones there is a space for everyone even those with pets. Lunch was delicious, warming and hearty. All staff were welcoming and friendly in their interactions. Great range of products to suit all members of the family. Worth a visit while in the area.

Amazing place well informed historic brewery tour, friendly and welcoming staff, incredible food at a great price and phenomenal drinks. Well worth the long drive out from Melbourne, can't wait to return again?

If in Beechworth.a trip to Billson's is a must.run don't walk! Whether you love their pre-mixes with Vodka, their gin or just their cordial variety - their flavours do not disappoint. And if you've never tried their stuff.guess what? They do sampling and once you start, it's hard to stop and choose just a few.before you know it, you'll be walking out with a box. BTW, their restaurant is bloody great too! Super popular on holidays, so make sure you book ahead.

A tasting bar that accommodates children and adults side by side, with vibrant and entertaining bar staff. Restaurant at the other side, and more booze than is healthy. There is parking, but limited.

Dined down in the speakeasy. Service was pretty good, friendly staff. The food was pretty good, and the drinks were obviously the best part. My favourite was the apple pie cocktail

Was really excited to visit but the service was atrocious. We walked in and ordered the cordial tasting for our child and proceeded to sit at a table up the top. After about 10min I walked to the bar to order a cocktail to which I was told I had to be downstairs. My partner and I walked downstairs, again trying to order and were asked if we were seated. I said yes upstairs. We were then told we would have to order at the bar upstairs. We returned to the upstairs bar and once again tried to order. We were asked if we were seated and I pointed to the table where my son and cousin were sitting and had been since arriving. We were then told that we could not be served due to debris falling from the roof? But no one approached us beforehand? We were offered a table downstairs but didn’t even bother. Definitely would not recommend to others after experiencing much better service at other wineries/breweries in the area! Good drinks pity about the experience we had.

I received a complimentary cocktail for my birthday and the staff were so lovely! The grazing board was nice the only thing I could recommend is some fresh strawberries and grapes on the board to compliment it! 10/10

We popped in on the weekend for lunch and a tasting all the way from Orange NSW.
The place was packed with people but service was quick and friendly (we booked a table well in advance.)
The food was great and the drinks just as good.
10/10, we'll definitely be back!

This was an underwhelming experience, having made the trip to Beechworth with a main feature being wanting to visit the brewery. We were seated and told it is table service, we had to go to the bar to get someone to come serve us, once that arrived our table was not visited by a server again. We wanted so much to like it but would not recommend there are more welcoming spots to visit.
