I haven't been to their brewery/distillery however just noticed their fruit tangle in cases at bws Seymour Victoria. I then went to the fridges wanting to try one of these triple distilled somewhat local to me fruit tangle RTD Bev's and discovered like approx 15 other RTD flavours from Billson's! I purchased the fruit tangle, creamy soda, fairy floss and toffee apple flavours individually. The fruit tangle is ahhhh mazing! The fairy floss good, creamy soda definitely palatable and was not a fan of toffee apple, too caramel and too sweet for me. Am thoroughly looking forward to taste testing the rest of the Billson's range of RTD triple distilled vodka and next time I'm in Beechworth fossicking and camping I will be seeking a tour of Billson's too! Very impressed indeed! Give this newcomer to the market a go if you are a vodka W mixer fan, it is well worth giving it a go!

It was extrememly busy the day we went so thank goodness we had booked a table for lunch. We didn't get the beer paddle as the queue was too long. We were shown down to a room downstairs. It was cosy with lovely 50's style burgandy lounges and dim lighting. Beautiful ambience away from the crowds upstairs. The food is german themed. Hubby had goat sausage in a long roll and I had duck cigars which were yummy. Afters was good too. All in all a pleasant experience.

Absolutely amazing experience! I have been here twice now and both times I have loved it. The staff are super friendly and seem to love what they do. The building has been renovated so beautifully. Food and drinks are great, staff great, atmosphere great. A must try!

Lunch, burgers with fries, ordinary at best. Bland burger and Luke warm fries. Finished off with a tongue in cheek dig at us for choosing our selection of drinks to buy out of the fridge instead of from the other section. "Having all these now are you? Is that why you need them all cold". Ok, I get it, maybe it's frustrating that you need to restock them.
But my wife is actually legally blind so seeing the selection lit up made it easy to read!

Testing the unique cordials and ordering all the different flavoured drinks was a must! Helped us purchase the cordials which we liked. We got a platter which was $50+ for lunch which was pretty average and underwhelming for the price (probably wouldn’t order if we went back). Didn’t seem like there was much staff, as we were told it was table service but were waiting a while to order more drinks. However, all staff were very friendly and welcoming

Billsons is a great place to kick back, enjoy some sampling of old fashioned cordials, gins and vodkas, and have a bite to eat. One of the oldest breweries still running in Australia, it has charm and appeal. Billsons boasts a Speakeasy and the outdoor area is a great spot to eat. You can even watch the brewers do their thing from the viewing room. Well worth a visit.

We had a wonderful time at Billsons Brewery today. The atmosphere is inviting. The team members who served us were lovely and very welcoming, Patricia in particular. She was very attentive and in such good spirits. The entire crew that we saw today though were so relaxed and kind.
The food was great. Plenty of beers and other beverages to test, and the coffee was delicious. Not to mention the coffee liqueur. We had to buy some. Would highly recommend a visit.

One of the iconic Breweries of North East Victoria, this is one place you must visit when up in the Beechworth area. Along with an awesome range of beverages to sample and buy, there is also the cafe for a great feed sampling some of the local produce from the area.

Had a great Friday at Bilsons, sat in the really awesone Barrel room, and had the cheeseboard.really loved the way you could tick what you wanted.presentation was fantastic.lovely waitress Asha, and the cheeseboard that Hartley prepared for, us -was fantastic.way to go Billsons!

Beautiful architecture and spaces, an incredibly generous tasting service for all their drinks, cordials and gins, and super tasty food. Worth driving from anywhere to check it out.

Fantastic venue with amazing staff. We stayed for a tasting and dinner and we could not be happier. Absolutely recommend to anyone thinking of coming up to Beechworth just for the billsons experience alone. Will definitely be coming back

Wonderful service and a beautiful atmosphere. Food was delicious and at our table on a timely manner. We loved the tastings, made it easier to choose what drinks we would order with our lunch and to take home.

Had a fabulous time at Billsons last week. The atmosphere in the building is wonderful. Spent a few hours having lunch, tasting terrific gins, vodkas and cordials. All the staff are a credit to Billsons. They made us feel very welcome and were friendly and helpful. The food is great. We left with some excellent bottles and vowed to be back soon.

Great spot for relaxed drinks and really good burgers - generous, fresh, tasty and very good value! The downstairs bar area was a complete surprise - it would be nice to hang out there with a group of friends on a cold afternoon.

Staff were experienced, pleasant and knowledgeable - a delight!

A must visit if you are in the area. Building has been re-imagined wonderfully.

Beautiful place, friendly staff and lovely drinks
There are a good variety of cordial flavors and vodka based drinks. The only one I particularly did not like was the coffee liqueur.
Will need to return to try the café.
