Never ended up going but the service over the phone was absolutely incredible. Very patient and helpful staff! I couldn’t make the trip for later in the year, and the staff were kind and friendly, made cancelling 10x easier. Everyone there was extremely kind and helpful, but a special thank you to Judy for taking the time to help me get my cancellation and refund. Incredible team!

Stunning park. One of the better parks I have stayed in. The accommodation was very nice and facilities excellent

Had the best time here, cabin was spotless and very comfortable. Centrally located. Great staff. Great facilities. Just all over fantastic. This is somewhat minor, but I did slip in the shower - we went to kmart and bought a nonslip mat for our stay - recommended

Enjoyed our stay. Smaller park with a friendly vibe and lots of activities for the kids. We stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin. It was clean and had everything we needed. The only reason we gave it 4 stars instead of 5, was that the servicing during our stay was minimal. We had to ask for a half time linen and towel change… and that’s pretty much all they did… remade the double bed and gave us sheets for the kids bunks. We paid almost $3000 for our 8 night stay… so servicing a little more frequently and thoroughly would have been awesome.

Park caters more for cabin holiday makers than caravaners
. Our caravan site very tight for a 21 ft van + car. No turning room made it hard to get van out. A school had set up 30 tents a few metres away from us so we ended up leaving earlier than planned. Good Park for families with young kiddies.

The park was nice and clean. Friendly staff. But I score it low because of our personal experience. We booked the new Delux cabin thinking we'd be staying in an independent cabin like you normally would when booking a cabin. Instead we were put into a shared 4 bedroom cabin with one verandah. These ''cabins" are brand new and very nice inside but the walls and shared verandah are a nightmare. We could hear every little thing from both sides. Tv going until 2: 30 in the morning. Banging around with God knows what. Snoring. The toilets have no privacy from the neighbours hearing. Yes we heard everything. People on the verandah drinking and smoking and we couldn't have the glass door open because it all came inside. Tv can' not get good reception either and blinds have a gap between them so anyone outside can see you inside at night. That was night one. I called the next morning about paying to move to another cabin but nothing was available. Night two we got till midnight where we couldn't take it anymore. Packed up and drove back home interstate. Sleeping in the car at a service station. Definitely would not recommend. These rooms should not be advertised as cabins or at least be informed it's shared. Besides the room the park was beautiful. Such a shame we left with a negative feel.

We have stayed in many holiday parks, and this one by far was the cleanest and most hospitable we have been to for a long time. We will be coming back again and will recommend to others. A real plus for us the the availability of a sensory room for neurodivergent people if required, a very inclusive park.

Amazing for a young family. So much for kids to do, play ground, jumping pillow, movies and pool. The cabin was great we had a little kitchen so we could cook, tv and bunk beds in a separate room for the kids. Within walking distance to sovereign hill.

Was meant to stay on a powered site but vehicle broke down on the way. It was a long process getting car towed and getting to the park. The team there were amazing. Changed the accommodation with no notice, arranged and helped with everything and allowed us a spa service. I could not speak more highly of the customer service I received. The caravan park is spotless and the facilities are excellent. Thank you to the staff you made a stressful day manageable.

Extremely bad experience!
Extremely rule and unprofessional staff!
Staff name “Jack”

We come with another 4 families during Christmas and New Year.

We back to camp site after hot day and child sleep in car.
Try to load and unload stuff from car then get kids later.
Then there is a staff call Jack come to us and advise us to move car as the car is parking at the “drive way”

We explain to the staff we are on the process to load some heavy item and moving the car around as guest car is leaving.

Not even 5 mins when there is no incoming car and no one else is getting in or out in the drive wag. Jack is yalling to us” not 1 min not 5 mins you have to move the car NOW! ” He is also communicate to the manager at the time.

Then Jack start to take photo of me and my car. After he take photo I chasing him few block until he stop at the office. He did not response even he clearly know I am following him and asking to stop and explain regarding illgally taking photo of myself and other people without consent.

I stop him at the manager office and asking what is the reason for taking photo of our face! He do not even care and telling me it is for security reason and then slam the door and get into the office.

There is lady claim she is manager and not willing to provide me the manager contact detail! She complaint to us regarding other matter which not relate to the incident!

Can not answer my question why taking photo of my car and myself whichout our consent!
Unable to answer my question is there time limit of visitor to load and unload their staff when there clearly no obstruct of other user.
Unable to provide us the manager’s contact email when we request for.
Unable to provide us the evident of the staff Jack delete the photo he taken of us without consent and reasona of using those photos.

There is no reasonable reason for his action rather then discrimination of us and our friends.

The way we been treat is unacceptable!
Been to Big4 around Victoria.
This is the worst one, been following all the instructions, contact office and asking for guest parking before even arrived.
Looks like this park owner or manager try to make more money by putting more camp site but without reasonable space to parking and allow people to load and unload their stuff.

Been allowcate to the temp spot
With narraw drive way which almost impossible to park and drive out the car.
Been treat and yall by unprofessional staff which extremely bad attitude and arrogant staff “Jack”
Very bad experience!

Great park, close to Sovereign Hill. Very helpful staff, & good amenities. Loved the pool, half size tennis court & access to the bike trails

Really rude arrogant lady refused refund after our car broke down, insisting we didn't tell her we'd be there the next day. Not helpful. Furious.
We notified of our car breaking down and we would be a day late. They denied we had told them. In fact argued we hadn't told them. Really rude with no intention of resolution with management. Still furious.

This is one of the cleanest, neatest, beautiful and better caravan Parks. Very reasonable prices. I spoke to Paige and Jack but everyone was just so approachable! And above all so close to Sovereign Hill -5 min walk. Check it out.

Hi Guys,

My family stayed at your great park over the last couple of days.

The kids told me it was the best holiday of their lives!

I also wanted to let you know that you have an AMAZING gentleman on your team that helped drill our awning back onto our mobile home when it fell off!   My husband is not very handy and I thought this was going to be a BIG problem (not being able to drive the van with the awning like this).   I would like to thank the gentleman that helped us.   It was far beyond what is expected but very, very appreciated.   (I didn't catch his name but an interesting American accent was his unique feature - PLEASE THANK HIM FROM US).

WE WILL DEFINATLEY BE BACK AND ALSO REFER ANY FRIENDS WE HAVE HEADING YOUR WAY!
Thanks again

What a great place to stay. We stayed in the 3 bedroom cabin that was in excellent condition. The cabin have a spit system air and heater. Cabin also includes all bedding and towels also full kitchen facilities. Cabin was were clean. It has a Park, Jumping Pillow, Games room and Trike hire for the kids to play. There is also a large pool. It's in a great location for Ballarat attractions with Sovereign Hill only a 300m walk or the Ballarat Wildlife Park only a 5 minute drive. We will stay there again when we visit Ballarat again.
