BIG W Southland

Would like to say I had a great customer experience with Cameron on Thursday night. Was very friendly and went out of his way to help me out.
Store is bright and set up is quite good, unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be a lot of stock.

Great prices and a huge variety of goods. I was happy with my purchases and the staff were fantastic.

Not much selection not great staff I can see why the store is not doing so well you really need to improve the home wares

Big W is a great department store for toiletries, shoes and some clothes. Slightly better quality than kmart

Well laid out shop. Prices are very reasonable and they also price match.
Staff are pretty friendly and helpful too. Good for a quick shop.

Good prices plenty of choice but staff ignored the group of young teenagers that were using store as a playroom throwing balls around playing on scooters etc generally being a pain not the most pleasant experience when getting hit by things being thrown around and having teenagers running round yelling.

Helpful staff you just need a navigator to find the department you need. Terrific prices and it covers just about everything you need for any occasion. Great book department and bargain prices.

They have a good snack selection. I think they could improve a little in the book section, have a little more fantasy? But overall there book section is actually better then all of the other department stores.

Very helpful person at the entrance was able to direct me exactly to what I needed. For someone with kids and I needed to get in and out was a perfect experience and the prices were so great!

Not so much against Southland itself but so many disrespectful parents allowing their kids to scream the place down.

It's so messy as I believe customers has left things everywhere and staff just didn't bother collecting and putting them back. It is however a really good place to shop

Big W's finished renovation looks nice and modern and will hopefully encourage more people to consider shopping there, it has a decent range and reasonable pricing.

Terrible, when I got home I realised I'd been charged twice for the iron I bought. Then later discovered the iron did not work >. < truly hopeless

Just went to Tech Dept Big W Southland. Spoke to Rayan (hope I spelled that right). Exceptional bloke. Extremely helpful. Highly recommend anyone looking at console games goes there first.

It's good for everything. They're open until 6pm Monday to Wednesday. 10pm Thursday Friday nights.

Good store great staff, a jab at center management, only 30 min free parking? Who was pulling a bong when they thought of that?

Your standard Big W department shop but well presented on each of my visit at the Southland store not to mentioned the staff member at the entrance always greets you on entry with a smile.

Wide range of products and services at usually the best prices. They even do photo film processing here!

Now that this store has been revamped it presents itself soo much better. Very clean and always well stocked. Friendly staff and service
