While I understand that the new enclosed beauty area is a theft prevention measure that lack of a staff member stationed permanently in that area is a big mistake. There were 3 customers waiting with no sight of a service member and no bell to call for one. Please place a bell in this area if you do not intend to enough staff to service it. This area completely removes the convenience of being able to do your whole shop through all areas of the store and check out only once. Double the effort on my part and more the double the time. Unlikely to buy beauty products here again.

Big w appear to have stopped all calls to store. Their robot answers and there is no way to get put through to a human in a store to ask a question. Utterly disgraceful. “Go to the website” just doesn’t cut it.

The store did not have the product I wanted, however they are an excellent store and I will probably buy them.

Never, or rarely see any staff on the floor. Personally, I am there to get what I want, and leave. My opinion? ABIT of a shambles. Also the catalogues are repetitive.

Literally the worst phone experience. 1300 number and it won't even put you through to store after following all prompts it just hangs up after offering to send you a link to website. Website is useless which is why I called in the first place. Woolworths monopoly working out well

I will never shop again from Big W online. It's been two weeks that we are waiting for our baby seat that we ordered online. It was supposed to come from the southland store.
Courier please guys came to our home and left the card in our letterbox that failed to deliver however we have never asked for the signatures at the delivery, however we have booked the re-delivery with the help of the card now every morning I get the message you delivery is on it's way but in the evening they put some absurd reasoning for non-delivery. In the meantime I am receiving deliveries from Amazon almost thrice a fortnight.
If any one from big w is reading this I can give you the order number etc to investigate

Has everything, but no guitars or music shop.edit July 14,21, disappointgly the staff at entrance are allowing people into the store without checking in, in the middle of a Delta Strain Covid outbreak. I expressed dismay to door staff and I reported actions to their virtual assistance that this was happening and was advised not mandatory, which I believe to be incorrect, in any case this is not responsible or showing care for the community. Dissatisfied customer.

Good. Easy to navigate and find what your looking and plenty of staff standing around to point you in the right directions.

A well stocked and thoughtfully planned store. The Pokemon cards are not on the floor but at the service desk at the rear of the store

Well organised store, with shelves low enough you can see all the way to the back of the store, with clear signage of each section to help direct you where you need to go.

I used to love Big W, but noticed today they are more expensive than KMart mind you depending what you are looking for. Women's clothing and sleep wear more expensive but there is the odd bargain. Make-up expensive but they do have a good selection eg. Max Factor.

The guy in the information counter at the back is lack of customer service, disrespect people, and don’t know what is first come first serve! Asking question, tell you no no no without looking at you!

Men's clothes section doesn't offer a good variety of product. Apart from that it's ok, it's pretty much like every other store.

Great place to get all your essentials, also toys, books, clothing, electronic goods, cosmetics, socks and shoes. Plenty of stock and nice and open.

One of my favourite shop. It's worth checking online before visiting the shop. Very conveniently located.

Asked about a product and was greeted by the staff so terribly. Understandable that everyone is going through a rough time at the moment but it isn't so hard to be nice. Never seen such a rude employee anywhere before.

Tidy store with good range of products. Updated in the rect years, and looks good overall. Normally easy enough to find what you're looking for.
