Big W at Westfield Doncaster is indeed fortunate to have a staff member, Leanne on their team. Leanne was on the switchboard and after many attempts to find a staff member in the book department, she actually said that she would go and look for the book herself! Great Customer service Leanne!

Always get a bargain here in my size 18. Lots of clothing options and great price. Can't wait to go back and shop. If you are a Kiwi, they stock packets of Perk Nana's and Mint pineapple lumps. Pricey at $4 but still purchased them.

Greeted warmly at the door of the Doncaster store this morning after an ordinary experience at Eastland yesterday. Service desk was friendly and helpful. Another staff member said hello as I walked through. Found some things I needed easily and was served again very promptly and courteously at the checkout. I don't often think about large chain stores positively but the staff deserve a shout out. Well done guys

Had to exchange a click and collect order due to damage, I called up 7x and the phone rang out, on the 8th call I spoke to a lady who said I need to reorder it online and then I asked why its an exchange and she put me on hold and never came back. Worst customer service

Helpful and cheerful staff in the party section purchased balloons for a celebration, staff made great suggestions that made a positive difference.

Just waited to get into store before it opened, got there to the party counter just after another person. They serve her straight away but when it comes to us, they say we have to wait for the orders for the day to be done first. We just had one balloon and the previous person had like 8. We had waited 10 minutes already before they told us to wait another 10 - 15. We've stood at the counter patiently waiting, we weren't pushy or rushing them! Thanks for ruining the mood for a birthday

For most of the staff there, they are extremely helpful. However one day I was looking for some toy for my kid but some of the elder staff just not even helping on checking if they got any stock on their system.

It's Big W. There's nothing special about it and it's close to impossible to get help but the prices are good.

I was after an item that is supposed to be available today (as advertised on the catalogue and social media) and was told to come back tomorrow just because it's not being displayed on the shelves yet. Totally unacceptable.

I am a staff member, i went to pay and yhey charged me $9 instead of $5 so if I hadn't looked I would not have known, I will be checking from now on that's for sure, hope i do get that refund

Always great shopping experience here. Store is always clean and well stocked. Pretty easy to find too.

Great range of products, birthday cards are exceptional, however remain to have very limited availability of female 16 year old birthday cards. Nonetheless a great department store for all clients needs and wants

Shelves poorly stocked, both Doncaster Shoppingtown and Eastland. Not just this weekend but also last weekend. No stock no sale.

Staff r sooooo rude, they told me and my friend off for trying to cut our hair with hedge trimmers.i thought this was a free country

Probably the worst customer service I seen for some time. At best you get pointed in a general direction you look and look then find out that they are out of stock. Don't bother going here.
